I’m going to be cooking some chicken quarters that I marinaded with Dijon and some honey, and am wondering what the veggies (beets, sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots) would be good seasoned with?

I usually cook chicken and veggies together on a sheet pan.

It's typical late October weather here, with rain and all that, and I literally don't know what to cook, to be warm, comfy and tasty. Send help, pls and thank you 🩷
