Meet Gohar Grigoryan, a recipient of Lorik Humanitarian Fund’s Aznavour Saghyan Scholarship.

Following the forced displacement of Armenians from Artsakh in 2023, students like Gohar have faced the challenge of rebuilding their lives while trying to continue their education.

In this video, Gohar shares something that really stood out to us: knowing that someone believes in your future can mean just as much as the financial assistance itself.

Last year, through Lorik’s scholarship program, we awarded 114 scholarships totaling $60,810.
We believe supporting these young people is one of the most meaningful investments we can make in Armenia’s future.

If you’d like to help another student continue their education, you can support the program at LorikHF.org.

Meet Mariam Barseghyan, a third-year student at Mehrabyan Medical College and a recipient of Lorik Humanitarian Fund’s Aznavour Saghyan Scholarship.
Following the forced displacement of Armenians from Artsakh in 2023, young people like Mariam have faced the challenge of rebuilding their lives while continuing their education.
At Lorik, we believe their dreams and ambitions should not become another casualty of forced displacement.
Last year, through the Aznavour Saghyan Scholarship Fund, we awarded 114 scholarships totaling $60,810, helping young Armenians pursue their education and build a future in their homeland.
Because investing in their education means investing in Armenia’s future.

Last year alone, Lorik Humanitarian Fund awarded 114 scholarships totaling $60,810 to help forcibly displaced students from Artsakh continue their education in Armenia.
We’ve already begun awarding scholarships for the new academic year.
Hakob, a fourth-year medical student, is one of the young people whose determination reminds us why this work matters.
These students have already lost so much. They shouldn’t have to give up their futures, too.

Gagik Balayan gave his life defending Artsakh. Today, his wife and children have a permanent home in Armenia, provided through Lorik Humanitarian Fund’s Artsakh Homes for Heroes program.
We cannot bring back their father, but we can honor his sacrifice by standing beside the family he left behind.
🏠 15 families of fallen heroes have now received homes through Lorik.
Help us continue this mission.

I heard that the Groong comittee members were active in mitigating the Azeri threat in Armenia even before the Azatamart.

Only a few YouTubers went there.

All that it would have taken was proof that it was really there that would convince the world.

Some did go there there and said, tacitly, at least, Artsakh is a real, living place. But not enough and not famously enough.

It's a place they say is not there, yet you go there, and there it is.

Here is the town and the farm and and the store and the museum and church and the school and the movie theater and the soccer field. The post office and the municipal government. Deal with that reality, world. Come and see. How is it we don't believe it exists yet there it is?

If only more people with followers and fame, especially you-know-which ones who are famously Armenian, had gone there and confronted the world with the fact that Artsakh was a real place.

Why didn't you go there and show it to everyone?

Please correct any of my mistakes if there are any.

Hey! My name is Sam, and I’m a college student from the U.S. I’m working on a personal project to collect postcards from all over the world!

I haven’t received one from Artsakh yet. Would anyone be willing to send me one? I’d be happy to send a postcard from Pennsylvania in return!

Let me know, and I can send you my address via private message!

Thanks so much, and warm greetings from the U.S.
