MacOS 12?? ...So once again a potential panacea for the long-suffering user will run on a 2006 potato if under Windows, but require a 2015+ Mac for Monterey.
Open shout-out to all multi-platform devs: Please stop rewarding Apple's spiteful, hyper-accelerating artificial-obsolence; there's no reason that anything applicable to W10 should not also be able to run on hardware driven by El Capitan or even Lion on the Mac side.

I really wanted to use Adobe animate but all the alternatives, just didn't hit that mark, but I'm too broke to keep paying for adobe animate. So that's when I heard of Art crafts applications. But I was saddened to find they didn't have adobe animate. So I was wondering for the reason why they didn't have an animate alternative?

Hey guys, is there any alternative to CapCut? I just want to suggest build a tool like CapCut, because lot of people out there prefer lightweight and GUI friendly editing software.

I'm just asking - is there a Figma equivalent out there?
Thank you for your work!

Is it a pipedream to ask for a Craft app that automatically runs printer queues while ignoring refill errors from the printer?
Having printer software connect to my printer without discovering its cartridges have been refilled has been the bane of my existence for a while. I hate having to buy a new printer every couple months because that's cheaper than buying individual cartridges, or paying print shops because that's cheaper than buying a new printer. I'd rather refill my cartridges and print for months while using the savings to feed 100 starving families for a year than spend another cent to these ghouls pretending my fully functional cartridges just don't work anymore.
Perhaps I'm woefully ignorant and this isn't something that can be done from the software end since the proprietary software bs exists in each printer. Thoughts?

PdfCraft turned back from 0.13.0 to 0.6.0... The Launcher ArtCraft says the last is 0.14.0. And seems many others...🤔

I used to use IBM SPSS a while back for my college classes, but now I see that the program requires a subscription. Is there an alternative?

I'm so done with people asking for alternatives to everything. Let the devs finish the started projects, it's already an enormous amount of work.

title says it all. Now we need a classic DAW

Hello,
Title pretty much says it all, we’ve a lot of apps now and maybe it’s time to actually fix all the millions of problems and half broken features of what we have instead of trying to reverse engineer more stuff. Eg. The PDF editor can’t still edit text properly - that basic features that make the app useful. Same goes for the half broken filters on other apps. Or the differences rendering raw between these apps and Adobe.
I know making these apps is hard, but I think everyone would rather have 3 or 4 very solid apps that can actually replace Adobe than 20 apps that are not so functional. Let’s focus the efforts in less app but better apps.
Thank you for all.

I've been looking for Adobe Animate alternative. This is the app that kept me having a dual boot and not fully moved to Linux.
Are there any plans to make Animate Alternative?

Current limit using ArtCraft is also to get access to the advanced fonts that Adobe is providing. Are the ArtCraft planning to provide copies / similar fonts ?

Hello, I have an older model IMac that runs macOS 10.15.8. I was curious if there is a version of ArtCraft software that might work with it either now or in the future. I understand the silliness of this question/request but finances being what they are and not being able to upgrade it would be helpful to know my options. I’m interested in the software more as a hobby so I’d love to tinker with things and stretch out my current hardware setup as long as I can.

Yes the suite is only a month old and that makes it all the more impressive that they're already being compared to their respective giants with decades of contributions.
Which aspects are already better compared to others? And which features do you think are still missing?

Hello, I have a question and need an answer. I’ve been using Vectorcraft to work on a university assignment; I imported my Illustrator file into the program, and everything went fine, but the .ai file doesn’t update when I save. Since I’ll have access to Illustrator on the university computers tomorrow, I’m wondering: is there any way to open Vectorcraft files in Illustrator?

Unfortunately I will in a few months be in a position where I’ll be out of a job. Because of this I need to start working on an updated portfolio for my work. The problem is that Adobe is so expensive and I can’t spare the money on it.
I was wondering how the Artcraft variants of Adobe hold up. Are they worth using, or should I go to other cheaper alternatives that aren’t Adobe? I’m so used to the layout and shortcuts of all the Adobe programs, and I feel like I’d have to relearn a lot by switching to completely different programs.

Has anybody noticed that PdfCraft has much lower print quality compared to the other Pdf viewers? Is this an issue that can be easily solved? 🤔

I’ve been using PDFCraft, and it works really well across many features. However, when using OCR for text recognition, it does not correctly recognize accented characters in Spanish and replaces them with question marks. I hope Spanish can be included as a supported language for character recognition in future updates.
Many thanks to everyone who has made these freely accessible tools possible!
Wishing you all the very best!
