Someone has drained my finances down to my final 2 grand from nearly 100 grand. I’ve since been unable to find out how someone paid for things through my Apple wallet with my FACE id coming from my device. I called my bank at capital one and they said the activity is not fraud and that I did the activity since it came from my phone. What do I even do ?
