Device Settings Question ViLTE Video Call Problem

I use a Tecno Camon 50 Ultra 5G. My father uses a Xiaomi Mi 9T. My mother uses an Oppo Reno 2Z. Although all three of us have ViLTE on our phones, we can't video call each other using GSM calls. Is there any way to fix this problem?

What carrier? Do phone calls work fine?

I use Turkcell. Voice calls work without any problems.
