Construction work near Dona Ana Beach Residence in Lagos – anyone know the current situation?

Hi everyone! I've found a nice apartment for remote working stay in Lagos end of november/december, at Dona Ana Beach Residence (Rua Raul Brandão). It's a bit more modern than my usual taste, but it looks lovely, well-maintained and close to the coast. 😊

However, I noticed another Airbnb listing in the area mentioned ongoing construction work, so I asked the host about it. She confirmed that there's construction happening behind the building, but said it shouldn't be disturbing. Since we'll be working from the apartment during the day, I'm a little concerned about potential noise.

Does anyone happen to know the current situation around Dona Ana Beach Residence? Is it basically a construction site at the moment, or is the work fairly limited?

Looking to meet people in the Algarve

Hi everyone!
I’m 18 and live in Quarteira, Algarve. I’d like to meet new people around my age who live nearby and make some friends.
I’m into gym and fitness, but I’m also up for hanging out, going for walks, grabbing food, gaming, or doing something fun on weekends.
I speak Russian, Portuguese but I’m happy to meet people from any background. If you’re from Quarteira, Vilamoura, Loulé, or nearby and want to hang out, feel free to reach out!
