I have been impressed with the Novox Research SD kit and it’s been flawless since I installed it.

It’s gassy with the MG7K but it sounds good with 115 grain.

So I have a factory colt magazine and it feeds great but the spring is too weak to push up the BHO. Looking around online I can't seem to find just a spring to replace it.

I think wolff made them but don't seem to offered anymore. Anyone know where I can get a new spring? I'd like to keep the same follower too.

(this is a colt 635 so all parts minus the PSA clone lower are factory)

Edit: I found them from wolff....for some reason it kept taking me to UZI mags but under colt they have the 32 round listed. So, I guess just enjoy the picture!

What’s a good gun that has last round bolt hold open? I want Glock mags and controls as close to ar15 as possible. Considering also just buying a lower as bore buddy just released their 9mm uppers

Any recommendations? Not sure if I can replace the plate w/ one that has a sling attachment. I’m think of just putting 550 cord around the threads for the castle nut and attaching that to my sling. Thanks!

I'm building an AR-9 specifically for one handed use and I'm having a hard time finding an 8.5" buffer tube that's compatible with the tailhook Mod 1c. I don't want to go with the mod 2 either because I'm building it for a left-handed shooter.

One option is the phase 5 rifle length buffer tube specifically for the mod 1. I'm assuming I'd have to use a rifle length spring, but is there any thing else I'd have to change? Would I be able to run an extra weight or anything?

Anyone got any advice or built something similar?

Hi everyone. I bought an Aero EPC9 lower today, and am looking to put the Foxtrot Mike Glock mag upper on it. My understanding is that it will work perfectly fine, but I won’t have bolt hold open (which is fine for me, I shoot AK’s quite a bit and am perfectly used to it). My question here is will I need to make any modifications or remove any parts from either the lower or complete upper for this? I’ve linked the upper below for clarity

What are you guys running for mid grade suppressors that won’t kill the bank?

I'm attempting to install a new trigger, but need to remove the safety selector in order to remove the old one. The selector is secured with two T15 screws, and for the life of me I cannot remove them without feeling like I'm going to break the selector. Has anyone successfully removed it, or know a way to remove the factory trigger without removing it?

Just finished assembling today, Mutiny Arms 9mm lower (Glock Mags) proprietary mag release and bolt catch auction on GB discontinue now owned by Outerwild, 4.5 inch RTB Arms lower, Die Free Kung Fu Grip (love em or hate em), NiB Schmid trigger, LPK from parts bin, prob KM Tactical or Dirty Bird, ditto for buffer tube, Pawn shop red dot given to me by my FFL, who still does 1-however many fit on a page transfers for 25 beans. SBA-3 clone from Ali Baba ( I bought 5 at once for under 15 beans apiece, Generic ambi charging handle from GB, Angstadt BCG from Gunbroker/Combat Arms, carbine buffer tube with FM with FM 9mm buffer and standard carbine spring. Sorry about the 3rd picture, trying to get a shot of the bevel on the mouth of the barrel I am concerned about. Have an A2 carry handle and Iron front sight in the mail. After reading what Doug linked I ordered the FM tube, buffer and spring from FM products tonight. Will take it to the farm tomorrow and shoot it to see if it cycles. The FM kit I ordered weighs 9.5 ounces and the BCG weighs 14.75 so I should barely have enough mass. What should I expect to pay a gunsmith to bevel a better cone on the barrel, plan on trying a trigger kicker on it. Accidentally sold my FM-9 with a GMR super safety which ran like butter. Also I have a TacFire linear compensator in the bin. I bought 2, two yrs back and I sold one on a gun but I can't remember whether it was the 9mm or the .556. Should a 9mm casing drop all the way thru the compensator, because by looking I can't tell the difference. They should stamp them. Will take it to the farm in a day or two to see if it cycles and ejects.

What are you Mean Arms users experiencing for ejection patterns? Mine seems to throw them back just over my shoulder at about 4-5 o’clock. This is really an issue when I shot with the offset dot for hard leans around a barrier and the hot brass was hitting me in the face. From the videos I’ve seen this is a pretty normal ejection pattern for these.

She shoots real nice and runs like a dream. Will polish the feed ramp in the coming days but she ate through Blazer brass with no issues. Only put about 50 rounds through it that day.

Is anybody running a 4.5 inch 9mm barrel from RTB Arms? Have you experienced any problems with the feed cone. I am waiting on an Angstadt Arms bcg so I haven't shot is yet but the cone seems to me not to be beveled too deeply. I will put a trigger kicker on it and I am wondering if I need to purchase a Stern barrel or if this one will handle it. I know I am putting the cart before the horse but curious if anybody has experience with this barrel.

I could have sworn it was Tubbs, but I remembered after that my dumbass sold an extra Tubbs I had on GAFS a while back and kept the “other one” and unbeknownst to me it’s not a fit for our needs with Kynshot.

Needless to say after I searched the sub and found out it’s on the no good list.

I have a GFORCE JAWBONE I love it but the only couple of things I dont like that I think can be change for something different. I don't like the charging handle so if there's any other ones out there I would like to know and were to get them and two the wierd mag storage in the grip I've had some issues with it of it not wanting to lock in or just popping out of the grip completely iv semi fixed it with some paper from the manual and grip tape but if there is a legit fix let me know and were can I get it.

Has anyone gotten a Super Safety to work in either of these? I have both and put a Sylvan folding stock on them, which required me to remove the BCG weight. Someone suggested this would also allow me to operate a Super Safety.

I’ve got a bunch of spare AR parts and want to put together a 9mm PDW. The plan is to have a 4” barrel and shoot suppressed 90% of the time. Do you guys recommend just sticking with a heavy buffer? Radial delay is cool but for the cost of the bolt and barrel I might as well just put the money into an MP5 clone. Other options like the Maxim roller delay buffer seem promising but I’m not sure if it’s worth the extra cost and complexity. Any feedback would be great.
