Discussion Wednesday Discussion Thread

Great place for team discussion/whatever Serie A related topics you would like to bring up. Examples: Transfers, rumors, players from other teams, things you miss about the old days etc. Whatever you want as long as it isn't too off-topic.

Also a good spot to ask about the stadium, the city of Milano, bars, fan clubs in your city etc.

Tier 2 [Moretto] After Pulisic, Rabiot should be the next player to extend his contract with Milan. Discussions has been ongoing for some time and from here till Christmas Milan expect to close the deal.

Tier 2 [Moretto] Markus Krosche remains the primary candidate to become Milan’s Head of Football. What’s only missing is the compensation to be paid to Eintracht but Milan are confident of finalizing this agreement. From here until the 1st of January the situation is expected to get done.

Stats/Infographic AC Milan has guaranteed at least €14.6m of UEFA prize money this season, worst case scenario.

AC Milan has guaranteed at least €14.6m of UEFA prize money this season, worst case scenario.

€11.5m of that amount has already been paid out in September 2026.

Next payment comes on 20 November, and will include the match bonuses for points won in MD1-4. It will be at least €0.45m, and could climb to €0.9m if Milan beat Ferencváros in MD4.

In our single-outcome model we have Milan to finish 8th in UEL league phase with 16 pts. If it happens, it would bring them:

€1.95m more from match bonuses (13 more pts)
€2.2m from league ranking shares for 8th place (paid on 19 Feb 2027)
€0.6m bonus for finishing in the Top 8 (paid on 19 Feb 2027)
€1.75m for going straight into the R16 (paid on 26 Mar 2027)

And then if they go, for example, to the semi-final, the QF and SF bonuses would bring them additional +€6.7m, both paid on 14 May 2027.

Our sims put Milan in the semi-final or further in 29% of seasons.

In June 2027 they will surely get the remaining 25% of the Value Pillar which is fixed €2.45m.

In October 2027 the starting fee residual of €0.17m is paid out.

Overall they'd get €27.8m in the said scenario.

The average amount they get in our simulations is €24.0m.

90% of outcomes finish between €17.0m and €40.2m on the season level.

Question/Help Extra tickets for Milan Derby

Not sure where’s the right place for this, but I purchased 2 tickets in 157 area for the Milan/Inter derby directly from AC Milan website, but due to personal circumstances, I won’t be able to make it.

How can I sell the tickets or find a solution for this?
Anyone interested or can help me, would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Original Content Amorim, hated by fans and media alike, is 1 point clear of Como, 4 points clear of Juventus, 7 points clear of Napoli and has the same points as Scudetto contender Roma.

When will fans realize that bad performances and losses (just 2 and just in the Europa League phase) are part of the journey of a new manager with a completely different system?

A bad loss with bournemouth was all it took for the media and thousands of fans to start throwing shit on Amorim,

the same Amorim who went to Udine with a completely new lineup (with at least 5 starters missing) and completely dominated the game with the second best performance of the season after the first 60 minutes with Atalanta.

He is outperforming teams which both media and fans would have SWORE would have humbled us this season, and he is doing this playing really good football in the games which count (which ARE NOT THE EUROPA LEAGUE GAMES since we now have extremely easy matches in that competition)

A.C Milan fans love to cry and complain about managers and want their head and yet when we sack one we always complain about "not giving them time".

SUPPORT THE TEAM AND THE COACH

i believe that with 2 more transfer windows and smart signings (like ALL the signings this summer btw, they are all doing great)

this milan side will be an extremely serious title contender in the coming seasons.

Stats/Infographic Emergency at AC Milan, because Rabiot, Gila and Moreira definitely won't be available against Bologna. Milan won't be able to count on 8 players. Everything will be done to recover someone for the derby, but they'll have to be evaluated day by day

Tier 1 [PBP] At the moment, it’s quite complicated to recover Gila, Moreira, and Rabiot for Milan-Bologna, but efforts are underway to get as many of them back for the derby.

Question/Help Did we ever get an explanation for the whistling at Magic Mike last night?

Was this just a continuation from the racist POS fans who were saying stuff in 2024 or is this related to something else?

Edit: Seems like it’s a continuation of the racism their fans are known for. I despise a lot of clubs in our league but I think I hate Udinese the most. Hope they get relegated.
