Coolant light slow flashing

Did a coolant flush. New water pump and thermostat and expansion tank and coolant cap. I have about four gallons in there. It went away for a day and now it is back. Any ideas?

You may have some air in the coolant system. They require "burping" after a flush. There are tutorials on youtube.

I recently had my coolant flush. This same thing happened to me. Even after properly bleeding the system, there can still be small air pockets in the system after driving or sitting for a bit. Mine needed about 8oz additional coolant and the light flashing went away entirely. I hear the sensors are pretty sensitive. I would double check your coolant level and maybe slowly add additional coolant until it stops flashing. Make sure to take it for a good drive as well to get the engine fully up to temp and have the coolant cycle all the way through!

Im trying to be patient with this. It was off and now it’s back on. It’s on before the ignition even starts.

Must be air stuck, park it facing downhill. Is the pressure release valve working OK?

I have no clue to tell if it actually working. It is in the up position. It’s a new tank. I’ve gone through a few heat cycles. Just now I drove 14 miles and the temp stays at the 0 at 180.

slow flash can be either

Low coolant
Engine bay too hot
Coolant level sensor not plugged in / failing
