Three Dog Night
Can we all agree that Three Dog Night was one of the best groups of all time mainly because of Chuck Negron, Cory Wells, and Danny Hutton?

Movies Did matches really last this long in the 70s?
Am watching the conjuring, and the movie, though released in 2013, is set in 1971. Did matches last this long then? I am a gen z kid, so most matches I have seen would burn out completely before he reaches the bottom of the stairs or at the most right as he reaches the bottom. Or was this just a movie gimmick, coz his doesn't burn out rather the flame dies off after he takes a few steps in the basement.

Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today.

"My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today.
Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man. Just last month, on Sept. 14, he turned 90, on the same day Brad and I celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. I will always treasure that he and I shared that date.
Walter was more than Chekov. He was a writer, a teacher, a thoughtful man, and a loyal friend. To the fans who loved him for so many years, thank you. He loved you too.
Rest well, my dear friend. Keep navigating a steady course.
– George"

Rogue Male | English Full Movie | Drama Thriller
A 1976 Television adaptation of the book of the same name. The first time it was adapted was back in 1940 under the title Manhunt, Fritz Lang directed and Walter Pidgeon played the lead. The story is about an Englishman on Holiday, hunting in Germany. He is caught near Hitler's mountain retreat by SS men and they accuse him of attempting to assassinate the mustache man. After a botched attempt at killing the English hunter, he starts a long journey as a fugitive from justice.
I don't think this 70s film reaches the high of the 1940 movie but it is a good watch. Peter O'Toole pulls off a good performance and he cited this film and role as one of his favorites because the subject, England during the war years, as one that was very personal for him. Alistair Sim plays his Uncle here in what would be his final performance, he literally got out of his death bed just to work with Peter! The story execution is overall tight and the subject is of course exciting. The evil Gestapo men just missing Peter is fun to watch, a light entertainment definitely worth recommending.

Good Times TV Show
Good Times was always a favorite of mine. Now I’m retired I get to watch a couple of episodes in the afternoons. Something Ive noticed now after all these years is how annoying Penny, (Janet Jackson) is. She is so whiny, and infantile. She makes the show unwatchable for me.
