Need help setting up MakerBot 3d printer

I have the 3d printer MakerBot Replicator and i need to use it. The system is discontinued and unless you had an account while it was still active one cannot use the program. has someone faced the same problem before or knows an alternative?

Makerbot made a number of machines. The older ones you can control directly over USB. The newer ones can use an SD card

I tried using the USB, the machine read the USB and the files, but when tried to print creen went green (so crashed?)
