I need someone to create an STL for me for the Optical Drive cover for a Dell Optiplex 7080 SFF. How much?

I’m looking to hire someone to reverse-engineer and print a replacement plastic housing for the seat recline mechanism on a CYBEX Gazelle S stroller.
I don’t have a CAD model or STL.

A small cable-retaining pocket broke inside the housing. It holds the metal end of the outer cable sleeve stationary while the handle pulls the inner wire. With the pocket broken, the cable sleeve moves and the recline mechanism doesn’t work properly.

Details:
- Original housing is marked ABS, with molded code ZD3061-0017.
- There are two cable pockets; the opposite one is intact and can serve as a reference.
-I have the housing and broken fragments and can ship them for measurements.
-I’m open to a replacement housing or a reinforced insert if a workable design is possible.
-The replacement needs to accommodate the existing cables, moving handle pieces, and housing cover.

This operates a child’s stroller recline mechanism, so strength, heat resistance, and allowing the latches to return fully are important.
