Just saw John Lutz and Scott Adsit do an hour of long form improv at Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC and they were incredible! I couldn't believe the level of creativity they brought, and their physicality was amazing. You can clearly tell they enjoy each other's talents and are so in tune with each other to carry the scene as far as it can go. Honestly a lot more enjoyable than ASSCAT, they had me pissing with laughter.
