WHY DOES THE SHOW INSIST ON TOYING WITH MY EMOTIONS LIKE THIS?!

I love that I don't know how I feel about this show. It's so weird, and emotional, and sad, and has these absolutely hilarious lines. It's such a weird combination that makes me feel almost unfulfilled at the end of every episode, and it's frustrating how they keep twisting around their realities, not knowing how much of anything is actually real, dreams, or Ryan's insanity.

I feel like with every question they resolve, they introduce two new ones. And I hate how it makes me feel, but it's too good to stop watching.

"Why do you think dogs didn't die in the holocaust, because they knew it was coming"

Can't argue with that logic.

Fantastic episode, but I'm angry and bitter about everything that happened. I fucking loved Amanda. This blows, hahaha

Yeah i was hoping for that too, but where does the show go from there?

She admits that she too is part of his imagination. But not really, only sort of. You know, like maybe if he was hallucinating or dreaming, but maybe not and shes just messing with him. Or maybe hes dead.

it would have been better if he had told her about wilfred but at the same time it wouldn't make sense. he's not entirely sure what's going on so trying to explain that to anyone without sounding completely crazy would be difficult.

Feeling like Lost and Twilight zone at the same time, but it still managed to be funny and sad.

Mixed with a talking Australian dog. And there is something else that makes this show so good, its the dark humor. I can't think of anything that really comes close to the show in that regard; its sort of like a Tim-Burton-esque feel to me. Thoughts?

I really think it's Twin Peaks with dick jokes and weed. It's like God looked into my soul and made the perfect show for me.

Not so much dark humour, but dark in general; I was getting a strong Donnie Darko vibe from the last scene..that music and the last silhouette were great.

Ryan leaving Amanda broke my heart and made me think that Ryan is starting to understand that he isn't safe to be with somebody and that Wilfred is his conscience to keep him in check by making him think he's fucking with Ryan but Wilfred always has a lesson he teaches at the end. I really hope they keep Amanda in the show or they get back together cause she's freaking beautiful.

I just posted in this subreddit. When Ryan is trapped, the pill bottle is directly next to him. The camera angle changes and the pill bottle is gone. Then its back again in the same damn position.

Wheres the post, I saw the bottle beside him when he woke up

Somewhere in new haha. Somebody should rewind it and show the scene. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or on purpose. Maybe he never did wake up?

it's surprising how dark this show can get. Also Ryan has killed people in season one if Wilfred is indeed a complete figment of his psyche.

So does is this show supposed to evoke anything other than a "what the fuck" from watching it? The last few epidodes, this whole season actually, have been nothing but crazy twists and mysteries.

This was by far the best episode of the season, if not the series, so far.

The combination of Bruce's presence, the imagined earthquake, the silly games, the break between Ryan and Amanda, and, last but not least, the amazing cliffhanger at the end of the show made for a fantastic episode. The ending really gave me a chill; it was beautifully set, and masterfully spooky. Wilfred has finally become ominous, and we're witnessing a degradation in Ryan. The season is heading back to the way it was in the first: edgy, and dark.

Don't get me wrong, I've loved this season. It's funny, charming, and cute; but that's not what I liked in Wilfred. The trippy, and cunning plot from the first season is what pulled me in. This season has been way more predictable, but I'm definitely happy with this new episode, and I can't wait for next week's.
