Before reading all of this just know that I’m not the VIP customer but my friends are. I’m helping them to spread the message about this situation.

VIP players on the global server have encountered inappropriate conduct from a VIP support representative.
Several players contacted the same VIP support representative on October 24, but have yet to receive answers to their questions. I also contacted them on October 24 and sent a follow-up message today, but it is starting to feel as though we will not receive a response at all.
Is it really acceptable for a player who has spent over $5,000 on the game to be ignored and left without answers?
We would like to hear your thoughts and, if possible, help bring attention to this situation.
We feel that this lack of communication with VIP players is a very inappropriate way to treat us. We would also like to ask players who have access to the VIP system: do your VIP support representatives respond to your messages?

I hope we can spread the message together and if anyone have similar story that recently happened to them please comment and share ❤️

Despite LOVING the hell out of the outfits we gotten in 2.(versions) im trully kinda disappointed that we gotten more idk "european style" outfits? Like i genuinely thought with itzaland we will see more outfits maybe inspired by egipt, greece, etc but instead we gotten so many outfits similar to wishfield style or chinese which i can understand why there are chinese ones bc yea lmfao, but still i can feel like having only most of the outfits that way is genuinely disappointing for me.

Maybe im wrong and i dont see the cultural history behind some of those outfits but i genuinely feel that from 2.0 controversy they barely stepped into again into that part and if they did they gone with their own culture.

And now im pretty sure we wont see more outfits outside of european/fantasy/chinese style since looking at 2.11 being christmass themed(also let alone the vip leaks). Or at LEAST for a few years. (Idk about older nikki games so if they did with those exactly the opposite of what im saying wouldn't know.)

If i would be wrong in this statement i would be extremely happy but from what i heard of infold games past... ISHHHHHHH im not very hopeful

On the map it says i still have to get these 5 chests but i don't see them. I've searched multiple times. Is it a bug? Did i already pick them up months ago and is it a bug that they are still visible? Or is there a trick i'm missing?

Xmas lovers, please, don't take this personally, I'm genuinely happy since I'm gonna be able to save for 3.0's double banner, unless a rerun says otherwise. And for now, the 2 4* reruns haven't said otherwise :))

If you enjoy Xmas, I'm also happy for you, the next 5* dows look lovely, and it has lots of potential!! The hair is so lovely that it's actually tempting me to try to get it, but I really don't want to waste posibly 100 pulls for just 1 item that I like.

This said, I can't wait to see yall's stylings of the new banner sets, both the 5* and the 4*!

Thanks to the recent free roam event which let us try different hovers and even born flawless, I really can't help but wonder why I hear so much noise around CF but not RB? Isn't a dash more useful? It launches you further so in case you want to catch up to a moving platform or if it's pretty far away, it's very useful. The hover just makes you stop midair. I do see it being useful in platforming still as in the rotating gears obby, you can hover and wait for the gear to rotate then go forward when an opening is back again.

But maybe it's because IN isn't the only game I play but I also don't get others exaggerating how useful and a "must-get" ability it is when obbies in IN are ridiculously easy. IMO the only must get is the ballerina fit. Anyways no hate to CF tho just wondering why I don't hear about RB as much as CF. Plus, the witch broom looks cool.

can i be honest?? sometimes i feel like, when they make outfits, they put a lot of effort into some pieces and some pieces are just meant to be never-worn. like not with 5* outfits but some of the free 3* outfits have low effort shoes or accessories. and clearly they had a certain aesthetic here with the dress and everything else, but the shoes just do not fit. theyre plain ugly! even the color doesnt look nice with the rest of the outfit?????

if this was a free 3* outfit i wouldnt complain, but they expect 680 stellarites for those god awful ugly shoes??????????? does anyone else feel crazy seeing this???

I know a lot of you have already solved the Home Construction issues, but my problem has persisted for at least a couple months now, and customer service gave me really confusing answers.
I finally found the one menu I needed to solve the issue, which is this Placed List window at my juice bar. Deleting the items from here was the only way it allowed me to save and then FINALLY use Home Construction again.
Hope this helps someone, let me know if you need help finding this.

Finally got around to crafting some complete outfits and evolving them... Am I wrong to be disappointed? It took me ages to even work out this wasn't a glitch and there was ANY difference.

Edit: so this made me do a online test and it looks like i might be colourblind 😅

I really want the ability that comes with this outfit but I don’t super love the outfit itself. This is the first time this has happened to me! I normally pull just for outfits and the ability is a bonus. I don’t hate this outfit but it’s not my normal style. The ability for finding dews would be so incredible for me since I’m trying to 100% as much as I can before 3.0. I know you can use the website to find the general area of dews but the exact locations would be wonderful.
Nothing peaks my interest in 2.11 but I know that 3.0 is going to be big. Should I save my 204 pulls or should I get this ability? What would you do?

I can’t figure out what these circles filled with water are or what you are supposed to do with them.

There seems to be chest rewards attributed to them when I consult the official interactive map but even after using the deer chest ability no icon shows up on the map.

I’ve also tried using the treasure hunting stick in the area and nothing indicates that that is what I am supposed to do either.

I’m trying to complete Itzaland before the next patch so any help is much appreciated!

i saw this quest on my map, but when i go there there’s nothing there… is it something hidden or is it bugged?

I like that the base hair is true black and the evo is true white but honestly, I really only like the hair and the floating candle. I can’t see myself using the other pieces by themselves so I’m really torn, especially since I desperately need to save up for 3.0’s double banner.

Besides, considering IN’s track record, we’ll probably have other hairs that are very similar in style, right? 🤔

With and without the outerwear

A unicorn and a boxer together were not on my list but the 3 star might be one of my favorite 3 stars we have gotten!

Skipped her the first time because I pulled for BF.

I thought I was gonna have time to save up until her comeback but NOPE.

She'll always live in my dreams.

Was looking at gacha and maybe I’m just blind but I can’t figure out how to tell what the outfits do exactly. Some of them have a button that shows that they give a cosmetic thing but that’s all I can find.

The story has given me about 5 abilities for free so far, and I see the skill tree has a ton more to it.

I do like the (can’t think of the name atm) dead bride looking one with the candles. Sadly there’s only a day left on it.

I've been debating the whole patch whether or not to get this outfit. I can see a lot of useful pieces, on the other hand I don't style stuff like this very often. I have enough stellas to get it and what I want from the next shop, so please drop your stylings down here so I can make up my mind!
