They are too cute 🥰

G’day all,

We've been building a management game for AFL called Footy Boss: Aussie Rules Manager. Think Football Manager, but for footy. You run the list, the trades, the draft and the match day tactics, and it’s the most in-depth AFL game there is.

Down the track we’ll be adding support for custom databases, so you’ll be able to load in your own clubs and players.

The playtest is open now. If you play at least 2 hours you get a free key to the full game at launch. There’s also a Discord for testers so you can tell me what’s broken, what’s missing and what feels wrong.

Happy to answer questions in the comments, leave a comment as well if you would like to join the testing team.

It may just be me but I find membership renewal time confusing as there’s always something they’ve changed. Hoping someone can add some clarity before I reach out to membership support.

Been a Red 11 member for 4 years now which works great as we go to all home games and love sitting in Noble.

Renewal invoice came through at $565 x2 Red 11 renewal. Thought nothing of it but was bored today and spotted there is no longer a Red 11 option on the membership page. It looks like it’s changed to General Admission 11.

No biggie but General Admission 11 is $460 each so why would I be paying $105 extra each for the same admission as this new General Admission 11?!

I thought they’d maybe changed me to Gold 11 without telling me but it’s $595 each so it couldn’t be that either.

Am I being silly here? Is it because I use the SmartPay monthly instalments?

Cheers in advance all!

Sorry for the late post, was putting the daughter down for her nap and didn’t realise the time

I don’t usually like speculative posts but a player with his career pedigree in a run and carry would be influential at the back for our young ballers

Thoughts?

Victorian Swan turns back on rival offers to re-sign with Sydney - https://www.afl.com.au/news/1634189

It’s a double header at ye old vic park

Unfortunately I’m away on a holiday so won’t be commenting on the game, BUT if we win this we all but lock in finals (and win 1 of the last two we should get a home final + potential Sof Hurley return) SO LETS GO GIRLS!!!

Any updates on whether McGroder is declaring for the Draft?

Would be a nice developmental project with his athletic profile!
