Reminds me of David Mitchell's bit on necrophilia:

"Of course no one should be allowed to get jiggy with a body the former inhabitant of which wouldn’t have liked the idea, but there must be plenty of people, like me, whose attitude, once all the useful organs have been harvested, would be “well I’m not using it - help yourself.” So all it would take is an extra box to tick on the organ donor card. “Once we’ve taken out your kidneys, liver and lungs and stuffed the resulting space with sawdust, do you or do you not have any objection to a couple of perverts having a go on you while you’re fresh?”

Obviously, I would want it to be made very very sure I was dead. But then presumably that would be one of the primary requirements of the necrophiliac as well, otherwise the magic goes out of the whole thing. Indeed, if I were to wake out of a deep coma just as the terms of my will were being enthusiastically honoured, I wonder which of us would be the more dismayed? I’d like to think it would be me, but maybe that’s just vanity."

He's so fucking good. I wish he still does things other that WILTY, but WILTY is still fantastic.

Well you would be pretty dead once your organs have been harvested.

Beautiful and so eloquently written. A modern masterpiece. 10/10.

You'd think so.

This is a very Mark Corrigan thing to say.

Ah. The type of joke that only works if you can hear the accent.

u/FloaterFloater Oct 15 '18

Have no idea who he is or what accent it's supposed to be, but I still found it hilarious

u/talldrseuss Oct 15 '18

The author or tv actor

Damn, he kinda stole this from David Cross. This was from 1999: https://youtu.be/NwDP872IE5k

u/BobTheSkrull Oct 15 '18

I wouldn't say stole, even if they use similar themes. The delivery and overall tone is pretty different.
