Discussion/Debate Chop Robinson gets flagged for roughing the passer. The hit didn’t look that crazy, but the refs weren’t letting Mahomes take that one.

Discussion/Debate How is this not roughing the passer? The exact same kind of play got called on Patrick Mahomes last week.

Discussion/Debate MESSI GOT A FREE KICK FROM THIS!!!!!
The match was almost over and Messi was handed a free kick from such a dangerous position for an absolutely laughable foul. What if Argentina had gotten a goal out of this???
They say you can't get away anything in the presence of VAR. What will they say about this??

Discussion/Debate IS THIS NORMAL FOR FIFA OFFICIALS TO ACT IN PUBLIC?
The way FIFA President Gianni Infantino, CONMEBOL President and FIFA Vice President Alejandro Domínguez, Argentine Football Association (AFA) President Claudio Tapia, and other World Cup officials erupted in wild celebration inside the VIP box after Argentina's victory over Cape Verde has drawn widespread attention.
Not only that, Domínguez even posted a video of the celebration on X (formerly Twitter). The caption read: "What a relief, Tapia! This is how we celebrated Argentina's third goal."
Infantino said in an interview following Argentina's victory over Cape Verde, "Thank you. A hug to all the people of Argentina, and congratulations, because our hearts tonight... (sud4denly stopping mid-sentence...) Oh, and the same goes for the neutral fans as well. We were actually supporting both teams."
Almost every Argentina match seems controversial. This videos involving FIFA officials don't look good either. Even if I were an Argentinian, these things would make me uncomfortable even if we get some wins. Does anyone else feel the same way or am I reading too much between the lines?

Discussion/Debate Argentina got a free kick for this!
It seems like even when Argentina commit a foul, they are the team that gets a free kick.
It's one thing when a referee doesn't count a foul and let's the play go on. It's entirely a different thing when he counts the foul but awards a free kick to the team that committed the foul. How can the referees go so over the top for Argentina?

Discussion/Debate Sports Karma is real - Trump being a sore-loser and whiner is why USA is losing to Belgium and Knicks lost when he was present
Title says it all - the sports gods don’t reward sore losers and whiners - so anything Trump touches in sports is doomed because he is nothing but the worst sport, whining loser and poser acting like he knows athletics.
