I'm addicted to trading and I can't stop. Every month I lose my entire salary and I have to borrow from everyone. I'm living a homeless life and I can't even afford to eat. Please, if anyone has any advice for me, share it.

Ever since my first couple winning trades I always chased it. Then I just started losing every trade I made. I yolo various amounts a week and end up with nothing.

I tell myself I won't touch shit but I have these moments of weakness and just throw money into a void of options and sol memecoins. I'm young and this is kind of hindering me.

There is a reason this screenshot is from safari

Great result, after a series of very "smart" decisions and then more rational buys in 2 morning hours I came to just a very small loss instead of a big loss 👌

Need Advice Trump Trade Group

I am really tired of kids making an insane amount of money in this highly irrational world like the ones knowing early on that Trump will release his own memecoin and highly profiting from it. Is there any group on reddit or somewhere else where people get together and expect these things together/share anything like that? Otherwise would someone be down to group up to do that?

Need Advice Have around $1400+ right now what should I invest in to use as my escape funds and leave the US?

Hello, as the title says I'm currently trying to leave the US asap. Any stocks, investments I should consider and look into or any recommendations on what would get me decent gains to leave?

My plan as of now is to at least have $2k+ and go to Korea for a while for the working holiday visa. All I need is proof of funds which is $2k+ and I'm ready to go.

Need Advice Should I be more aggressive?

Post image
13 Upvotes

I put in $1500 last month. Trading on momentum and options, but typically don't take a single position over $300. If I did, I could have bigger gains.

Be more aggressive, or slow and steady?

Trading inverse leveraged ETFs and puts mostly.

Need Advice What Should I Invest In?

Post image

The company I work for recently got bought and I unfortunately missed the opportunity to convert my shares to the new company's shares, so I have 12k and change from the sale of my shares. What should invest in? Is NVIDIA still worth putting money into? Something else I should get?

Need Advice Need a play to pay my dog's vet bill

I have about $400.00 to play with, dog needs surgery to remove a (hopefully) benign mass. Can be short or long play. I am not joking, the dog will probably not die without it, but my little dude needs help. Hoping to net about $1500.00. I understand any replies are NFA. Thought about asking some POS AI but screw all that.

Need Advice 20M full-time student, how am I doing?

So I learned my lesson from trying to trade and gamble.

Back in December 2024 I was gambling on sports betting, blackjack and roulette. Lost about $1.2k. Then in 2025 I thought I could make big bucks trading gold and forex with zero mentorship and zero knowledge, just based on pure hopes and dreams and greed. Followed a bunch of 'signals' from 'daytraders' and lost roughly $4.1k which was even more than I lost gambling. That was my entire life savings up until 19 and I could've been so much better off if I had just put that money into SPY or QQQ instead. After that, I swore never to do shit like that again and have never touched options or anything or tried to buy and sell anything again to make a quick buck.

I was feeling so so down and at such a low point in my life that time because that was all the money I had and especially since most of my savings had come from my family members. I was even in debt since I even took out small loans to keep redepositing after I had lost money. Since then, I've been trying my best to rebuild from zero. Started this year with nothing in my bank account and worked all sorts of part-time jobs sacrificing my mental and physical health just to save money. Stopped going to gym, stopped enjoying life as much spending time with friends. Took out even more small loans in the process just to help me survive. I invested whatever I could save as well. Currently I still have $835 in debt left to pay off.

I still regret it so much and I sacrificed a lot of time that could've been spent building relationships, networking which is what you need nowadays to even have a chance at anything, and time that could've been invested into scoring better for my studies or holding executive roles in finance or investment clubs. Or even joining stock pitching competitions and things like that.

I'm an accounting and finance double major. Recently signed an offer for an audit internship at a mid-tier professional services firm. I'm also the general secretary for my students' union.

Would like some advice or reassurance on the decisions I've made in my life so far.

Is there anything you'd change about my allocation? Should I focus on paying off the $835 first or keep investing whatever I have on the side? Because right now, I don't even have much money set aside for social activities or eat out with friends as much. I've been spending most of my time alone at home, eating in everyday and only going out to study at places which are free, not cafes. I'm only keeping enough to meet the monthly repayments while putting the rest into stocks.

Anyone else managed to rebuild their savings 10-20 times after blowing up young? Does anyone have similar experiences? How'd it go?

Need Advice Want to invest, what stocks, etfs to buy

Hello!
Yes, I'm asking that... I'm not as much educated in this field as I would like to be (learning by day) but I want to make money with money on the side that I don't use. I'm from Europe, inflation in my country is around 2,5% but it will get worse.
I did some trades that were good, for example I bought Rolls Royce last year and it did 100%+. But I have stocks that are -20% like Microsoft and so on. My trades are just in hundreds of $. (around 400$ invested...)
So my question is, are there any safe options now? I don't have much time to watch the market... I heard that ASTS is not bad, but that's probably late to join. Looked at some ETFs but I'm not sure.
Safest option is ofc probably SnP500. I don't need +1000% in months, I would like something that would outperform the SnP500 (and inflation ofc). I'm not making much money but I want to invest so in the future I might have some money...

Ofc if there are articles, studies that can help me choose (learn), link them (or share your strategies/stocks hehe).

Need advice and a little shitpost, thank you all in advance, take it with reserve.

Need Advice Total beginner in the stock market here. What are your best tips for people trying to learn?

Basically exactly the title. I'm not looking for anything specific, just figured this would be a good way to try and collate tips and things to know from people who actually have experience. I've only been at it for like a week; I put in $80 and I'm at like $87, so I call that a PROFIT! But what I can do to profit more than $7? Thank you all in advance!
