I have a very stupid question to ask, but anywayssss. Do you guys deal with exam anxiety? I have it, and sometimes it gets really bad. If I get even one question wrong, I start getting really nervous and end up messing up other questions too. I know this happens, and I kind of ruined my midterm today even though I knew how to solve almost all the questions. Any advice would be really helpful!

I need some real advice on this.

I keep procrastinating everything. Like I organize everything perfectly in my mind, make plans, to-do lists, but I never actually do them on time.

The worst part is when I have to learn a new skill - I will spend hours gathering all the best resources and then I never open them. They just sit in my bookmarks.

I know what I need to do but I just keep delaying until the last minute and then I feel guilty.

Has anyone actually overcome this? What worked for you?
