Post image

This is the Disney store in Disney Village at Disneyland Paris. Opened in 1992, they held onto the theming for 34 years until January of 2026 they shut down for a remodel.

This is the finished product.

Fuzzy Memory Forgetting the word “DNA” on a 300-level microbiology quiz

Post image

For context, the question asked what was replicated in the binary fission of bacteria 🤦🤦🤦

Actually have never felt so stupid. This is what I get for staying up nearly all night to study. I’m so annoyed. No clue if this is the type of post that’s allowed but here it is.

UPDATE: my drawing of the entire process of binary fission as I failed to remember “DNA” helped and I got the bonus 😭 thank you all for the stories it made me feel much better. I got a 19/20 on the quiz 🙏🙏🙏

Fuzzy Memory I haven’t had a sandwich from dominos in about 15 years. They used to be roughly the size of the box. Someone owes me 1/3 of a sandwich.

Fuzzy Memory Sherpa material ruining perfectly nice jackets

i know i am an outlier with this but material as a whole makes my skin crawl. genuinely even thinking about touching it makes my skin start to feel itchy. I've always hated this material and hate how popular it is with the general population. blankets are fine because i can avoid them as a whole. but once winter clothing starts to come into stores i see a lot of nice jackets that i want and then i open it and see it's lined with sherpa. i know it's for insulation and keeps you warmer in the winter but whyyy. winter jackets were just fine before the sherpa explosion. even flannels and hoodies have been infested with the material. i know there are other options available to buy, but sometimes I'll see a jacket and they don't have a non sherpa version available and it irks me

thank you for coming to my TEDtalk

Fuzzy Memory The Little Rascals, a 33 yr old movie costs $4 to RENT

I was joking with my boys today and used a quote from the movie (quick, what's the number for 9-1-1?) and they thought it was funny. I figured it would be a great exposure to them. Looked it up, and it's $4 to rent! Might be a Fuzzy Memory but i feel like that is a comparable price to blockbusters back in the day but movies like this should be free. They are classics

I know to some "it's only $4" and I can easily afford it. I just feel like some classic movies should be free....especially for kids.

Thoughts?

Fuzzy Memory History textbook from 2024 still shows Yugoslavia on the Europe map.

Was helping my kid with homework and flipped open the updated world history book they just bought this year. There’s a full-page map of Europe complete with Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, and East Germany still labeled like it’s 1989.

No footnote, no historical disclaimer, just sitting there like the last 35 years never happened. Mildly infuriating that they couldn’t even bother reprinting one map.

Fuzzy Memory I've been recently diagnosed with ADHD, so when I got back to my theater class I had interrupted for a year and asked how should I inform my teacher about this, I was given a form to write and fill all the information. It's been two months and I have written nothing in it...

I simply forget to do it or I look at the paper, think about doing it, then I immediately lose my focus to something else, it's a simple solution, yet I keep somehow avoiding it...
