We've had a lot of Revuelto SV news re-posts and configurator posts that have been filtered out over the last 24 hours, so we are making this thread to allow folks to post and share their thoughts, discussions, and configurator creations for the new trim.

Mod Team Changes: The previous mod team has been absent for the past 4 months, and mostly inactive for a long period of time before that. Due to this, reddit admins have graciously handed over the role of moderating this awesome subreddit, and changes have already been taking place in the background for the last week or so. At the time of this post I have added additional mods to help.
Look and Feel Adjustments: I have been busy in the background making some tweaks and additions to the community, such as:
Rule Changes and Clarifications: Adjusted the community rules to cut back on spam, karma farming, and motivate engagement on content posted. The subreddit has long struggled with low effort content being spammed by both bots and accounts looking to merely farm the community for karma, instead of actively participating.
New Verified Owner Flairs: I have created a verified owner flair, that the moderation team will manually verify and add. The purpose of this flair is to allow community members to easily differentiate feedback, advice, and experience from actual Lamborghini owners.
Bi/Tri-Monthly Community Header Pic Contest: We want to give some control of community look and feel to everyone in the subreddit. We will hold a photo contest for the community every 2 or 3 months, where users can submit theme based photos to replace the header image at the top of the subreddit. Further details and specifics will be posted in the specific stickied thread for those contests.
New Technical Flair: I've added this flair for technical specific questions related to Lamborghinis. Examples of the use of this flair:
Minimum Community Karma to Post: We are adding a minimum community specific karma requirement to post new submissions. The bar is not high, but you should have positively participated in the community before being able to create new post submissions.
No Advertising/Self-Promotion: Going forward, we will no longer allow posts that are considered advertising or self promotion. The community is not here to link farm, blogspam, shill your MLM, or to drive traffic to your website.
No Low Effort/Low Quality Posts: Most automotive related subreddits struggle with combating spam and blatant karma farming. In an effort to resolve this issue within our own community, and to spur engagement on posts, we are going to start requiring minimum post quality rules, that have been clearly outlined below.
Image Posts Must Be High Quality and Offer a Unique Perspective or Insight:
Use Appropriate Post Flairs: All posts require a post flair and failing to appropriately flair a post is grounds for post removal until properly flaired, regardless of it's popularity.

I was wondering why Lamborghini seems to have moved away from ALA, first introduced on the Huracán Performante and later improved for the Aventador SVJ.
I think it was a pretty cool and innovative system, especially for its time. Actively controlling airflow to increase downforce or reduce drag without relying on a traditional active wing was really clever.
The Performante and SVJ also feel kinda special because of this technology.
Why do you think Lamborghini moved away from it? Was it too expensive or complicated, or did they simply develop better solutions for their newer cars?
Would be cool to see something like it return in the future.

Been sitting on a pulled 04 gallardo complete engine for months. It's been sitting on ebay for awhile and has little to no attention because it's not in front of the right people. Where can we possibly have it listed for the right audience? We tried bring and a trailer and they won't accept parts.

I’ll finally be ready to buy a Gallardo late 2027 or early 2028. I want a manual, but those have shot up too much for me. I plan to drive this thing and want a stick. I’m considering an e-gear and then a manual conversion. I don’t need this car to appreciate but don’t want it to fall off a cliff either. Will there be a market in the US for “not special” manuals in 10+ years? I worry about how few people in the US know how to drive a manual and would want one down the road. I assume the factory manuals will stay strong due to their rarity. What about the not-so-special conversions? Does anyone think those are going to plummet as fewer people know how to drive a stick?

Hi, im looking at a 2020 Huracan Evo AWD, after reviewing the Carfax. Looks like they changed the sparked plugs twice in two years, is this normal?

This is the Giallo Orion LP640 I have in my collection. This is the last Lamborghini that makes me think of Ferruccio every time I ride it.

Traded in our our Viola Rubus Huracan Sterrato for this Balloon White Revuelto... they nailed it with the drivetrain and keeping the v12 legacy alive!

If anyone is wondering my mom found this hilarious, she knew it was coming and we do this for every new car this is just the first time I recorded it 😂

I've always wanted this exact configuration, now that I can afford it I'm looking online and it seems like I'll have to remotely order one, so wondering if any buddies local can let me check theirs out to see if I actually like it in person.
TIA!
P.S. no, can't rent this on Turo, lol

Hadn't come across a Temerario in person yet. Looks good and sounded great. Love that the dealer had the "accessory" on the front.

For the August 1991 issue of Car and Driver, we took the Lamborghini Diablo to the 7.8-mile Nardò test track for a top-speed run.
We had the entire high-speed circle to ourselves—an ideal environment for pushing past 200 mph. As we crested 180 mph, the Diablo developed an eerie tendency to weave from side to side. We initially backed off, but soon realized the car was holding its line; it just waggled a bit in the process, like a stallion reminding you that you’re only in charge with its permission.
The Diablo accomplished the monumental feat of becoming the first production car in our testing history to crack the 200-mph barrier—a velocity we couldn't coax out of a Porsche 959, a Ferrari F40, or any other series-built car. Beyond sheer top speed, the Diablo blitzed the quarter-mile in 12.4 seconds at 123 mph and pulled a sticky 0.95 g on the skidpad.

Hi gents,
am I too crazy to consider buying a clean Gallardo LP560-4 instead of a Huracan? I can’t help myself, but I just like the design of LP560-4 so much more, it has this stealth fighter look. I am little bit afraid that such an old car (even if clean, with low mileage and history) might have a lot of issues (you can’t skip time) and that in comparison to modern supercars it will feel slow and obsolete.
For comparison my daily is 2026 BMW X5, I also own 2017 Bentley Supersports and 2015 S63 AMG Coupe. So what I miss is this raw supercar experience with a aggressive sound. I will definitely add Capristo/Tubi exhaust as my first mod.
I also contemplate buying an early-gen Aventador, but it’s a bit of a lottery, I keep reading that it’s not a car that you can take on a road trip around Europe as something might go wrong at any time, hence maybe I shall start with LP560-4 and see from there. Huracan makes most sense, but I am just not a fan of it’s design.
It’s not a money thing, so feel free to recommend any options. I am looking for a raw supercar experience, emotions. Refinement is not important as I have cars for that.
Thanks a lot guys!

As stated above, in my previous/first post, I did say something about having photos of a Miura somewhere.
