ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring on behalf of one of our US-based clients in the premium audio equipment and manufacturing industry!
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance & Bookkeeping Specialist who can do more than manage the books.
Our client needs someone who can streamline financial processes, build efficient systems, analyze financial data, and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
You'll work closely with the client's executive leadership and finance team to strengthen financial operations and support the company's continued growth.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transactions using QuickBooks.
✅ Organize and standardize sales orders, invoices, contracts, and financial records.
✅ Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial workflows.
✅ Track project expenses, inventory-related costs, and payment schedules.
✅ Prepare financial reports, sales summaries, and expense analyses.
✅ Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to financial operations.
✅ Support the development of scalable systems for financial reporting, inventory management, and future software integrations.
🔹 QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Philippine CPA strongly preferred).
✔️ Solid hands-on experience with** QuickBooks, particularly transaction categorization and bookkeeping.
✔️ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
✔️ Proven experience creating SOPs, improving workflows, or implementing financial processes.
✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✔️ Ability to prepare financial reports, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations.
✔️ Proactive, independent, and comfortable working directly with US-based executives.
✔️ Willingness to learn inventory management and supply chain processes.

Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or inventory-based businesses.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, or project costing.
Previous experience supporting US-based businesses.
