I’m making this post today because, well, it’s mainly about the Law of Assumption rather than subliminals, although of course, subliminals and the Law of Assumption go hand in hand.
First, I want to say that physical changes are possible, just like the Law of Assumption is completely real. These are the pictures I have to share. I actually have many more saved, but these are the ones I liked the most, and I feel like they best show what I’m trying to explain.
I remember that when I was a teenager, I never, ever liked the way my nose looked. I remember sometimes looking at myself in the bathroom mirror and just crying. I would cry because I was so upset about having a nose I didn’t like. I thought it looked horrible.
So, what did I do? I remember that one day, back then, I simply begged God to please help me with my nose. And then, as time went by, I let it go. I just stopped focusing on it. I stopped looking at my nose in the mirror all day, constantly checking it, analyzing it, and doing all those things over and over again.
And as time passed, my nose started changing.
Obviously, whenever I noticed a change, I would think, “Oh, that’s cool!” and then just brush it off and continue with my life.
Time went by, and physical changes can obviously take quite a while. I don’t know exactly what determines how long they take, but in my case, this happened sometime between the ages of 17 and 23, which is how old I am now. Although I started noticing the changes when I was around 19 or 20.
I want to tell you all not to give up. Persist in your desires if that’s truly what you feel you want, and allow yourself to be happy. Don’t let your problems consume you. Simply live your life as though you already have what you want, keep moving forward, and focus on your own life. Before you know it, you’ll realize that you have what you’ve wanted for so long.
And when you finally notice that you have it, you’ll feel good, but not necessarily because it’s something new. It’ll feel more like you’ve had it all along. You’ll just think, “Oh, okay, cool!” because it already feels normal to you.
That’s one of the reasons I really love subliminals. I’ve been using them a lot lately, and they help me so much, especially when it comes to getting into that state of already having what I want, if that makes sense.

Hey everyone 🩷 I just wanted to show some results I got recently. Been listening to subliminals since 2019 on and off but started again in May. I mainly just wanted a glow up and to feel more confident in myself. I wanted a way more social life and a s/o as well. Yes, I did invest some of my own time and energy into this, like working out/learning makeup/figuring out my colouring but subliminals have genuinely improved my life. Last two pictures are me without makeup so it’s a fairer comparison.

First of all AGE DOESN'T MATTER GUYS I'm on my twenties so don't worry about that .
I was obsessed and checking in the mirror : YES so that's not a problem too lol.
Methods I used ; Stacking method :

Basically, I listened to subliminals about height 6 hours daily with no stop for 8 months (before sleep)
Btw it took me 8 months because I didn't know about the stacking method or others manifesting methods.

The first audio I listened to was from a user from Spain her channel was deleted, and I don't know if she have a new one anyways I grew instantly 4 cm so I was obsessed then I started getting results every 2 weeks or more and I felt frustrated ,  but I said to myself  I grew 4cm instantly I can do it again so I started to read in forums comments everything so these manifesting method helped as well :
1.  68-second manifestation technique,
When you're listening your audios put your timer for 68 seconds and visualize your desire for example; my fridge is very tall and imagine I was tall as the fridge for 68 seconds .

1. SATS
   I grew 1 inch INSTANTLY doing SATS but for some reason I can't do it anymore because I fall asleep every time I try to do it
   

3 Manifestation combining writing, speaking, and visualizing.
While you listen to your audios write your desire then say it loudly and then visualize your desire.

I have to add the most important part , I was about to renew my ID so I didn't have time to keep listening to subliminals and I was praying and crying at night asking God to make my legs longer so I can finally be as tall as the fridge (the fridge it's exactly 70 inches and I missed like an inch to reach it )  when I finished my prayer I said in Jesus name amen and I went to the bathroom and when I was getting back to my room I saw the fridge and  I was as tall as the fridge !!!
I was 5'3 now I'm 5'10 I just renew my ID
Everything is possible I forgot to mention that while I was listening these audios I was also listening to audios about other topics and still getting results ,so never believe when someone tells you don't do this because blah blah blah

i know theyre not extreme but i just wanted amber eyes. i will probably keep going until theyre even yellower but im satisfied.

pic 1 with flash, pic 2 no flash. yes i know my skin used to be pinker in some of them, my blood iron went from 70s to 8, thats why i included as many pictures as i could from different days and different lighting. before is between 2021 and 2024, after is 2024-2026. amber eyes/lighter eyes subs mainly, hazel sometimes, not from specific people. the main sub i listen to is vetala's luck sub. i have a huge playlist (400+ videos) with all sorts of subs in it so i would use vetala's luck sub as a booster and then pick at random the eye subs from the playlist. i would say that most of the time i would go for akuo's amber eye sub.

some people might recognise my results because i've posted them before! this is sort of an update with more pictures because i recovered my google photos account lol.

if you think it's fake im flattered, you can see for yourself the same little birthmark in my iris on all the pictures of my right eye (so left for you).

and no i'm not paid by vetala lol, it's just that her sub has helped me with manifesting so many things i figured it would also work for this.

and no this isnt puberty somehow all of these were taken in my 20s.

one of the ways i would use the "luck" aspect is that i would tell myself that for whatever medication/supplement/treatment im doing, i would have "the extremely rare side effect of lighter eyes". for example i had to get an MRI done, so in the machine i would tell myself "somehow, doing this gave me the extremely rare side effect of lightening my eyes." i know it sounds silly but its one of the ways i thought of bypassing my rational mind and i think it helped!

i hope this brings hope to some people!

** i forgot to mention i also listened to heterochromia subs in the beginning but barely (a few weeks), i'm not sure if this affected my results much, now that i have my desired colour i think i'll continue with heterochromia subs to make it really look like central heterochromia!

another "weird" thing i do to manifest is that i have a "post box" in my room where i write letters with what i want and i "post" them, trusting that it'll happen.

edit 2: I can't find the akuo light eyes sub anymore, did he make it members only like his mint green eyes sub? in any case, quadible integrity's lighter eyes sub is really good and i've used this one a lot too

i’ve been wanting to post this for a while because i’d really like some honest opinions.
the top photo is from 2024 and the bottom photo is from 2026. between 2024 and 2026 i’ve been listening to subliminals consistently, and i’m curious whether anyone can actually notice any differences. i also saw someone else do this so i got inspired, but honestly i think sublimals helped me find my sense of self, style, and also adapted me into the person which i desired to be best physically and mentally.
i’m also including a recent 2026 photo of me with no makeup for anyone who wants another reference.
i’m not trying to convince anyone that subliminals work, and i’m not looking for people to agree with me. i genuinely want objective feedback from people seeing these photos for the first time.

I'm honestly not sure if it's the subliminal or my own hard work cuz I workout, worked on my neck, did bone smashing, mewed, did thumb pulling but I also did listen to subliminals so u can decide if it was subliminals or my own hard work. The first pic was from July and the 2nd pic is from October. My chin and jaws got a lot wider and bigger and obviously my neck got bigger. I'm 18 in both and they're only 4 monthes apart Although I look much more older in the 2nd pic

i’ve been listening to subliminals for about two years.
my favorite way listening to them is having “beauty naps”. where i choose at-least 90 minutes a day and listen to a beauty subliminal while sleeping.

or.

i connect my speaker and light a candle or put some ambient lighting on and play my subliminal. having a “beauty shower”.

obviously these routines are simply for glamorizing beauty routines and making listening to subliminals feel like a beauty routine rather than a task.

So i started my journey in 2024, in january started a carnivore diet for health reasons (I still carnivore) . That got me to the fourth pic. Then i started using subs in like august 2024 but stopped early with little results.

Then 2025, i was slowly getting better but the real deal was november, when I started using subs like since august, this time, for real.

For the last, roughly, 18 months, I’ve gradually taken more of a focus on my height. I lost a lot due to medication. I don’t listen to subliminals anymore but when i’m feeling extra ugly i do listen to 2 or 3. Results and picture. I am Black American, two black parents, four black grandparents, eight black great grandparents. Results 83% African!!!This proves that you do not need a large amount of european ancestry to have a lighter skin color. All my life people have been saying I’m mixed. In fact, when I was a baby and my Mom was in public with me without my dad, people used to ask my Mom if I had a white father 💀.
I have two sibling and all three of us look drastically different 😂😭just goes to show how genetically diverse black Americans are. Also surprised to see so much Nigerian ancestry which is super cool, I wish the breakdown showed which Nigerian ethnic group.
