If you’re looking for an insanely fun and different way to play fantasy hockey this season, I’m starting a brand-new 6-team ESPN H2H Points league!

The whole idea is simple:

With only 6 managers, we’re talking absolutely ridiculous rosters. The best of the best will be starting every week. No scraping the bottom of the waiver wire just to fill a lineup.
And I want STUDS TO FEEL LIKE STUDS.
We’re taking ESPN’s scoring and turning up the excitement. Goals are worth 3 points instead of the standard 2, with other scoring tweaks designed to make huge performances actually feel HUGE.
McDavid goes nuclear? You should notice it.
Matthews drops a hat trick? Your opponent should be sweating.
Your goalie throws a 35-save shutout? That should matter.
The goal is a league with BIG scores, stacked rosters, ridiculous matchups and constant lineup decisions.

Looking for a few more managers for a Yahoo H2H Points fantasy hockey league. We currently have 7/12 spots filled and are looking to get to 10–12 teams.

This league has been around for a few years and is switching to H2H Points this season. The scoring is designed to keep skaters and goalies balanced while limiting excessive streaming.

LIVE DRAFT will take place Wednesday, Sep 23 at 8:30 pm ET.

$20 buy-in — payment is required upon joining and must be made through Yahoo Wallet.

12-team payouts:
🥇 1st — $180
🥈 2nd — $40
🥉 3rd — $20

If we end up running with 10 teams, payouts will be adjusted to match the $200 prize pool.
