I dont think all swingers really know if its supposed to be upside down or not. They just use the pineapple.

I thought the trick was to walk around the grocery store with an upside down pineapple in the top of your shopping cart. Or were all those 'true stories' I read in my dad's Playboy Magazine's when I was growing up a lie?!!

It isn’t upside down. They’re just being polite. Pineapple has been a sign of hospitality longer than swinging has been a thing.

Just a reminder for everyone, the people you think in these kind of stories are never as hot as they are in your head.

Pineapples mean welcome. Upside down pineapples mean come in and spread your cheeks. You’re safe.
