I hate in the earlier seasons when Alan is constantly giving Charlie crap for not being responsible enough for Jake. He’s literally letting Alan and Jake live in his house for free and he expects Charlie to watch him. Doing a re watch and it’s just something that’s kind of grind my gears lol

I love Ryan Stiles. His charisma and comedic timing is top notch. I watched the episode today when him, Alan, Charlie, and Michael Clark Duncan’s character were hanging out and I was rolling.

It's crazy to think how much misinformation there is on the internet. That too information that is easily 15 years old atp.

We know from the episode, “Repeated Blows to His Unformed Head” (S4e07) and later reconfirmed in the post-Charlie episode, "Thirty-Eight, Sixty-Two, Thirty-Eight" (S12e04), that Alan was revealed to have a pregnancy fetish. Hats off for continuity, I guess. However, in the former, Charlie basically implies that he is repulsed by pregnant women.

Does anyone wonder if this could have anything to do with their complicated relationship with their mother? Their mother was pretty distant from them for practically their entire childhoods. Alan who fetishizes pregnant women, always desperately craved the maternal relationship that he never received from his mother. Charlie on the other hand who finds the idea of sex during pregnancy as repulsive, wants nothing to do with his mother.

On another note, I’d be interested to see how Evelyn would react to finding out about Alan’s fetish. The fact that it’s not even a fat fetish, but a pregnancy fetish. That’s oddly specific lol. Evelyn would probably say something on the lines of “Oh darling… that’s just sick. Seek help!”

As we have read and seen Holland Taylor voiced her opinions on her pay for 2 and a half men. 4 Emmy nods but no raise I'm guessing she made the same amount per episode during her run so my question is do you think that Melanie lyskey and Marin Hinkle had the same issue. Now I know Melanie Hinkle git the offer to star on a fox show but had the door left open. I believe the fox series lasted 6 weeks before being canceled and you have to wonder the stalker storyline may have so much mileage before it gets to stale. Now Marin Hinkle except for a few episodes where she was a b or c storyline most her scenes where at the door dropping Jake off with the back and forth with Charlie and Alan. Do you feel these to also fell victim to the same thing that Holland Taylor did. They where special guest in latter episodes of the series
