It is an AI-assisted promotional animation, not footage of a student’s lesson. The cover uses my real photo as its reference. Watch the film on my Quanta Aulas channel and find the lesson details at https://quantaaulas.com/.

Hey everyone, I have recently made a YouTube account in fitness.

I have lost a lot of weight over 10 years, im now aiming to try for women’s bikini physique and seeing how much I can recomp my body.

Anyway, long story short, I was seeing if anyone could help me by subscribing to my new Chanel, I would so appreciate it! Some of the videos are quite raw and the support would be so much appreciated!

Thank you,
Amy
