have a tonnn of items and they've been stuck sa ph custom clearance for 5 days already!! has anyone experienced this yet? this is the first time this happened to me, expecting na pang 4th arrival na ng items ko if ever. usually after ph customs clearance is completed, a day or two nalang, okay na. 🥹 have i been lucky lang sa first three batches ko? how long does it usually take ma forward to j&t after ma complete ph customs clearance? thank you!

UPDATE: it started to move again po exactly a week after it was cleared sa ph customs! expecting to get delivered this weekend na po.

11 out of my 13 parcels finally departing from Urdaneta and the remaining 2 arrived in Pasig.

ordered last oct. 2, natengga sa PH customs in less than a week and finally! papunta na sa final destination. egzoited!!!

Upon checking (photo), inside includes 18 of my parcels together weighing at 4.64kg (according to J&T tracking no.) and I am also seeing other people's packages na green sack ang pag package nila but yung saakin is green plastic na malaki haha. This specific parcel, kaso malaki sya, medyo matagal sha pag deliver at 27 days po ako hinintay for this parcel. As mentioned sa pdd 21-24 days ang expect nila BUT business days po yan take note nyo.

Meron akong next batch pero ung recent ko inorder, not the oldest orders kasi inorder ko ito nung Oct. 10 then nasa J&T na sya by Oct. 25. also including +4 days para MANILA-MINDANAO so my package will expect to arrive at Oct. 29. Total days nya is 19 lang compared sa first batch ko na 27 days. Upon checking din sa package info, 0.86kg lang po sya. So in my theory/observation, If ang weigh ng consolidated parcel mo is less, less days ang delivery days kasi its easier siya i-deliver mga magaan na parcels.

Another test din is one of my parcels was NOT consolidated, a single product lang delivered to me, actually di ko alam bakit. I ordered this one at Sept. 29 then nasa J&T na sya by Oct. 15 and another +4 days para MANILA-MINDANAO total days is 20 days. Take note note na ISA lang ang order ko took 20 days. This one weighs at 0.03kg kasi pins ung order ko dito.

Kung ang consolidated or NON-consolidated ay magaan lang, expect nyo mga 16-21 days. Kung mabigat naman is mga 21-a month.

Na separate ko lang din ang pag shipping nya through J&T kasi ung courier have different days to deliver depende sa lugar kung ang order ng tao is MANILA-MANILA or MANILA-LUZON, in my case MANILA-MINDANAO. Saakin is 4 days po sya dumating sa lugar ko sa mindanao, take note nyo din and as expected always sila 2+ weeks each. Check nyo lang sa J&T website or search nyo lang J&T deliver days para sa location nyo.

Hello as you can see, stuck sa In Transit ang order ko sa PDD since 10/26. Wala ding lumalabas na map. Gano kaya katagal to bago magsimulang umalis ang barko? Thanks!

My order has been blocked and returned so hindi na daw madi-deliver, ano kayang nangyari? I contacted the seller bakit ganun tapos sabi iri-refund nalang yung money TT

Naintindihan ko naman if yung no movement is pag sa customs or sa warehouse mismo. May nakatry na ba na ganto? Departed from facility na siya for 4 days. Nauna pa sa customs ng china yung mga kasunod nito. Nagreach out na din ako sa cs and yung update is 72hrs pa 🤔. Lost parcel na kaya to?? If yes sayang naman huhu sana di lang naiscan 🥲
