I must have missed the memo on stop signs being optional.

I know its a regular occurrence here, and everywhere else in the city... its crazy that I haven't seen an accident happen here yet given how regular it is for people to just blow past this 4 way stop.

Time once again to do that time honoured dance where I cancel my Bell Aliant service and move to Rogers for the better deal.

Next year, we get to do it all over again in reverse 🙄

Any recent deals people have received with Rogers?

Hello! I'm just wondering which places, restaurants, stores etc. In the Moncton area have a student discount on certain days so that a list can be made... If it helps, I go to Oulton College🙂

Thank you in advance😊

The idea came from here - I put it together... Bread Tour

I saw someone ask about bakeries for a friends thing happening in Moncton a few weeks/ months ago.

I couldn't stop thinking about it. It would be a great food tour. So I hunted all the information down and created a simple to follow page.

Hope it brings joy to someone else!

Gave notice but landlord won’t accept

I have notice to leave my apartment. Landlord says it’s not valid unless I use the government form. So the notice I gave last month doesn’t count

Trying to say that I am stuck in my one year lease because I didint use the government form.
I’m not trying to leave at the end of this month but I don’t/can’t stay the full year. It’s a standard nb lease agreement year to year.
Landlord tenancy won’t really listen.

Am I wrong in being able to end the lease early?

Does anyone know of the rules for selling?

Hi! I am an artist/ photographer in Moncton who is looking to physically sell some stuff. I’ve searched everywhere, but cant seem to find any other place to be able to post, due to age.
I would be very grateful if someone would let me know of the rules for sales. (:

Ive had this spoon since I was a child and it’s made every move with me from collage and beyond, I don’t know why I’m attached to it but I’m constantly on the look out for this type/brand of flatware at thrift stores

(They’re Oneida Northland Stainless Steel Korea)

Lemme know if any one has any hidden in there basement that they wouldn’t mind parting with!

Wtf is wrong with drivers in this city?!

I had made a post some months back about people driving like morons on Mountain road, and that eventually someone was going to get run over at a crosswalk. Well, it finally happened, my boyfriend got hit by a car while we were crossing at the crosswalk in front of Tim Horton's on mountain to cross to the giant tiger side. We pushed the button, waited for the walk signal, got about half way across and a little silver car with "SBC Facility cleaning " written on the side ran straight into him. Some old dude driving. My boyfriend got thrown onto the hood and then onto the pavement, I yelled at the guy and told him to pull his car over to the side, he did not. Instead he threw his hands up I'm the air with a dumb confused look on his face and then sat with his car in the middle of the intersection while he got on the phone. Stayed there until he heard the sirens.

People 65+ should have to take a drivers test every 1-3 years, don't care how they feel about it, its dangerous to have them on the road, and they should be required to prove they are still fit to drive. If he had been driving a larger vehicle my boyfriend could have honestly been killed, because the dude didn't slow down, my boyfriend had said that he heard him Rev the engine behind us but he assumed he was going to go straight since he didn't have the light to turn left, and we were already crossing the road. Just by luck our dog wasn't hurt also.

PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU'RE FUCKEN DRIVING BEFORE YOU KILL SOMEONE

You Can See Everything will be showing in Dieppe!

A lot of people were disappointed in a post a couple of days ago about this movie not coming to Moncton. I guess reaching out to them must have worked, because this morning I was literally planning a drive to Fredericton to see it and discovered it will be at the Dieppe Cineplex starting this Friday.

Figured I’d make a post here because I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t stumbled on it by chance, and a lot of other people really wanted to see it. Very excited for this one!
