​EDIT / UPDATE: I just wanted to leave a general note to thank every single one of you who stopped by to read, share your stories, offer tips, or just leave words of support. ​When I first made this post, I told myself that if sharing my mom's story could help even just ONE person, it would all be worth it. Knowing that her memory has touched so many of you and that this space turned into a place where so many caregivers could lift each other up and share real help, means more to me than I could ever put into words. It wasn't just me helping; it was ALL of us together.
