Sorry for the very common question. I'm a Mexican mechanical engineer. I've been offered a job at Airbus in Kinston bit being honest IDK if I should accept it since IDK about the arra neither the living. The offer starts at 90k/year, is that good/enough to live in? I'm pretty sure I would search for rentals near the job, how are the neighborhood around the area?

Please write everything about life in Kinston, I've seen some old videos on YouTube but I would prefer to know most recent opinions.

I lived in Kinston in the early 80s. I have a few vague memories of the house we lived in.

1. There was an old church up a hill behind the house. I remember it being at the top of a hill. It was an older church, maybe 100 years old.

2. I fell off the neighbor's tall brick fence. Would likely have been at least 5 ft, tall. It was 40 in my childhood imagination.

3. The house we lived in was OLD, like horse hair plaster walls. Super wide doors, wide enough for the dresses to walk through.

If any of these vague memories remind you of a particular house or area of town, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
