Phase 1- Aug 10, 2026:

At CM Dhami's 'Mukhyamantri Yuva Vidyarthi Manthan' townhall in Dehradun, she broke down on camera. She said she won gold in Jammu but missed international selection because "they were asking for $1.5 lakh". Despite being emotional and almost crying, she completed her statement.

When CM said "Accha... chalo beta, abhi baith jao", she sat down and finished. The clip went viral. Opposition called it
"exposure of corruption".

Phase 2 - Aug 12, 2026:

After the CM ordered an investigation, Sehra released another video. She clarified the 1.5 lakh was not a bribe. It was her share of travel expenses for a Romania event. Federation covered $1.7 lakh of the 3.7 lakh total. She said she couldn't explain properly on the 10th.

Blinkit ambulances were reportedly called during the tragedy, while a significant number of jammers were deployed in the area. This raises an important question, in an emergency, how are people expected to reach ambulances or seek urgent help if mobile connectivity is being blocked?

When lives are at risk, uninterrupted access to emergency services should be a priority. The circumstances surrounding the use of jammers and the availability of emergency assistance deserve clear answers.
