Habs 2025-2026 Season Scarf
I finished kitting a scarf that represents the Montreal Canadiens 2025-2026 season. I went game by game and thought I'd share it here. This is my colour coding for the stitches:
Red - home win
Blue - home loss
White - away win
Green - away loss (fun little throwback to their 1910-1911 jersey with the green maple leaf)
Black - separates preseason, regular season, and each round of the playoffs
This was a lot of fun to make and I'm looking forward to hopefully using a lot more red and white next season!

great concept, well done!
will make an incredible collection if you keep at it, too ... didn't see anything to mark which season it was, maybe i missed it.
they have those patches for the finals that just has the year and a graphic of the cup right now... but sometimes they change the graphic and it will say FINAL on it so might not work as smooth as the ones with just the year and cup on it.
you could also expand the black separators a bit and add the years in there perhaps, like this year 2025 after preseason, and then 2026 before playoffs, this might also help others interpret it if they were looking at the collection in the future

I was considering learning embroidery so I could add an actual cup onto the scarf lol

An embroidered cup would be a really nice touch. Can’t wait to see next seasons rendition.

I know there was a lot of blue and white 😅 I started the scarf during the first round of the playoffs and got caught up just before game seven against Buffalo! I was completely finished a few days after the conference finals

That is really cool. All the colors go so well together and they all remind me of the Habs.
