I thought Marie was gonna be involved in the final fight with her finding away to weaken homelander powers son they beat him with solider boy,ryan butcher, mavie jumping him because he got a boost from V1. Thats what I thought was gonna happen from season 5 ep 1 but what would u have done to balance it

Everyone loves to say on how Homelander is Dictator with Super-powers that is turning America into a Dictatorship that uses Supes to oppress the weak Humans! And we all know that Billy Butcher is a Ruthless Bastard that has no qualms being a Monster to even out The Plain Field! However could you name me actual Anime Heroes that have lived under genuine Horrific Oppressive Regimes that would have just ended Homelander and his Regime after seeing The Injustice of The Boys Universe! As unlike Billy Butcher they’re actually Heroic yet Powerful Figures that truly care about others and save lives out of The Kindness of their own Hearts! Like how would these characters deal with Homelander? What do you folks think? Let me know in the comments

Is it possible that this Soldier Boy takes away only part of the power (immortality) but lets the superpowers stay? I would always want the immortality, but if I ever got bored, I would still want my superpowers.

Edit: I don't mean Bombsight still has powers. I mean I wanna explore the different possibilities of Soldier Boy's blasts. Sometimes they Vaporise (TNT twins), sometimes they incinerate (Crimson Countess, Quinn), and sometimes they Desupe (Bombsight, Kimiko, Maeve).

So I was wanting to explore if he could only take the immortality away without taking the powers.

He Is So Funny In My Opinion.

If you only choose one u get a god tier version, if you choose thee u get these versions.

1. ⁠Elemental Manipulation (one elemental ability of your choosing: hydrokinesis, aerokinesis, geokinesis, pyrokinesis, electrokinesis, chlorokinesis, ferrokinesis, photokinesis, umbrakinesis, hetemokinesis, etc…)
   
2. ⁠Enhanced superhuman attributes (senses, strength, speed, and invulnerability)
   
3. ⁠Immortality + Regeneration
   
4. ⁠Telepathy (mind reading, mind link, mind influence, mind control)
   
5. ⁠Teleportation (u get to keep your clothes and bring whatever you touch)
   
6. ⁠Shapeshifting (versatile and can shape shift to pretty much anything within reason, like animals and other people. Plasticity and Changing your size is a stretch but whatever let it be.)

God Tier Version

1. ⁠Elemental Manipulation (can choose multiple associated elements. Fire is associated with lightning and light. Water is associated with blood and plants. Air is associated with storms and lightning. Earth is associated with metal, crystals and lava. And so on…)
   
2. ⁠Superman level attributes. How about dat…plus longevity
   
3. ⁠Immortality and Regeneration, Life Inducement(Healing), Death Inducment, Age Manipulation, Ressurection.
   
4. ⁠Telepathy on a city wide scale
   
5. ⁠Create portals and teleport anything u can see to anywhere you can imagine(that is real) without touch.
   
6. ⁠Shape-shift to an insane degree. Turn into fictional creatures like dragons, increase your size to building level, phase through objects by shifting your density, etc…u cannot give yourself any superpowers by altering your genetics or smth tho)

He is technically more powerful than Homelander isn’t he?

Well, here is the first issue of my own version of the boys comic. I apologize for the delay, I am busy as fuck right now, but it is ready now. More will follow soon. The title of this first issue is “revenge on all stakes,” btw.

I actually feel embarrassed that I used to like this catastrophe now. Like except an ok season 1, this show has no redeeming quality at all.

It's a bad adaptation from the get go:

They drove themselves into a corner by making Homelander the focus and the boys having no powers. They should have just adapted the straight forward narrative path of the comics.

It's crude, gross and edgy with zero substance:

The writing is awful and there is zero character development:

I don't even need to explain this, you all already know and agree with this but for those few "fans" there who will respond: No character assassination and flanderization of Homelander, Soldier boy or Butcher aren't considered character development.

What if one of the president of any country just threaten to nuke the whole world and wipe out life for good if homelander tries anything out of line?, wouldn't that be an actual threat for him because even if he survives, he will be the only one alive and have to starve or slowly die alone with no worship or power trip to have on someone? And this a what if any president knew about homelander being unstable and a danger to everyone
