🌞 This is my warm and melodic "Summer Pastoral" played in Turkey by Valeriya Kizka from Ukraine! 🎹

Never fails to give full body goosebumps and chills.

📯 This is a live concert audio recording and fun photo video of my "Ogre and the Maiden" with the Octava Orchestra in Seattle Washington, conducted by Matthew Weiss! 🎻

This is a new live performance of my "Piano Sonata No. 3, Mvt 1" played beautifully by pianist Xavier Suarez. 🎹

I’m not a Broadway musical person but my mother-in-law asked for me to take her to see Hamilton for her birthday. I was dreading it but I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. I even felt frisson several times throughout the performance. I’m apologizing to all the musical fans in my life whom I scoffed at when they recommended it to me.

I'm the guest on the podcast who did the frisson segment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the science.

I'm doing a scientific study to see if sharing subjectively intense music with people who have similar biological responses (heart rate spikes) to the same songs as you results in an objective increase in frisson experiences. You need a smartwatch. It's on the Play Store if you have an Android watch under the name "Goosebumps Music". If you have an Apple Watch, you'll need to use the web app at goosebumpsmusic.app

Does anyone here that can induce frisson also have vivid memories or dreams? How about the ability to feel sensations from the environment, like tasting the flavors of someone's food or drink, feeling the touch of their fluffy scarf, the warmth of them sitting in the sun, the pain when they hit their shin?

When I feel the outside sensation I know it's not exactly how it would feel/taste, but maybe its a memory that triggers. I believe this is called hyper empathy, and I wonder if I'm inducing this sensation similarly to inducing frisson.

This is pianist Tetyana Hoch from Germany playing the melancholy "Katherine's Lament" I composed for my beautiful sister Kathy, that I love and miss so much. 🎹

Hi friends! 🌹 This is my "Piano Sonata No.3, Mvt 3" played by composer Randi Botnen in Oslo, Norway. 🎹 Sadly, Randi passed from cancer in 2025, and she is greatly missed 🙏❤🙏.

I composed this emotional soundtrack for a sad scene in my upcoming indie game, Bloodsalt.

Let me know what you think about the atmosphere!

"Greater love has no one than this, that one would laid down his life for his friends." John 15:13 -Jesus

"By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth." 1 John 3:16-18

Why is there no greater love than to lay down your life (John 15:13)? | GotQuestions.org

No Greater Love Lyrics:

You loved me when I was so unlovely
You sought me when I was lost

You showed me how much You really loved me
When You bought me at the highest cost

There's no greater love than this
There's no greater love than this
That a man would give his life for a friend

There's no higher sacrifice
Than man would give his life
You have paid a precious price for me

You chose me when I was so unworthy
You cleansed me with Your own blood

You clothed me with righteousness and mercy
And You crowned me with Your steadfast love

There's no greater love than this
There's no greater love than this
That a man would give his life for a friend

There's no higher sacrifice
Than man would give his life
You have paid a precious price for me

There's no greater love than this
There's no greater love than this
That a man would give his life for a friend

There's no higher sacrifice
Than man would give his life
You have paid a precious price for me

You have paid a precious price for me

The foundational Gospel message: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. "Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.”
