You are already enlightened
Hello my friends, this is a follow up after a previous post from a while back. If you “think” you’re enlightened, then you’re not.
I think there’s something deeper here and it is simply this - you are already enlightened.
I’m not quite sure how to explain this, but essentially I believe all paths lead back to the source. All experiences are valid, have been chosen, and consciousness/source/the watcher/I am has created multiple laws and distortions to perceive itself within that experience.
It is all play. Even the suffering - a delicacy, something different, an exciting dish in the infinite course meal that is existence itself.
I used to think people are asleep - this is one particular distortion, but a perfect one to witness existence in a particular way. (I also drift back into this at times, because trauma and conditioning is a hell of a drug, and judgement is a survival tool+a byproduct of separation - from my understanding of the primordial laws of existence)
You are perfect. Perfectly distorted. Like each grain of sand is unique. And also through you shines free will, and a spark of something undying and possibly divine.
If it does not seem enlightened, or you do not, or if someone else does not, it has been painstakingly curated for you (and maybe by you) to experience that.
Sometimes we win. The wave then crashes back into the ocean. Sometimes we lose. The wave then crashes back into the ocean. Sometimes the ocean realises what it is… and yet in paradox is also all the waves not realising it is the ocean.
We are one? It makes sense? We are love? This makes even more sense, because all choices are made in service - either to the separate self, or the whole self. But I digress.
Yes there’s suffering. Yes there is the negative. This is because we have a body that may die. This creates millions of outcomes at all moments that the body’s processing is always calculating for - and a house of mirrors for the soul/consciousness within to navigate until self-realisation.
It takes a lot of invention to make something that knows everything and is everything - to not know everything and feel alone, or lost, or angry that people feel alone or lost.
Honestly this post has no point - it’s almost as if I’m pointing to you saying “you are breathing.” We are. It is. I am.
All distinctions and separation are just a coat of paint wilfully adorned to experience oneself.
Although I would say we struggle to do, when we could revel in the being that gets to do the doing. But again - valid choice.
I’m going to talk myself in circles here. So I’ll end my post. Much love.

watched my cat miss a jump and it kind of rewired something for me
so my cat tried to jump up on the counter this morning and just. didnt make it. back legs scrambling, slid right off, landed kind of sideways on the floor
and then she sat down and licked her shoulder for like 5 seconds and walked off. thats it. done. no replaying it, no looking around to see who saw
meanwhile i still think about dumb stuff i said in like 2009
i dont think she was "letting it go" either, i dont think it ever got picked up in the first place. it happened and then it wasnt happening anymore and she was just in the next moment
idk. ive read a lot about presence and being in the now and all that but watching a cat eat it on the kitchen floor and not care at all taught me more than most of it
anyway she made the jump 10 min later like nothing happened

Yoga The True Essence of Yoga: Why it is more than just a workout
Art Credit: Chema Méndez (@mendezmendezart)
Bear with me as this might be a long post.
Many of us treat Yoga as a simple physical routine, a one-hour session of poses (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and a quick dose of "mindfulness." While these practices are incredibly valuable, they are just the entry point.
To truly understand Yoga, we have to look at its core purpose.
In the Yoga Sutras, Sage Patanjali defines it clearly: “Yogaś citta vritti nirodhaḥ.”
Meaning: Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.
The crucial word here is cessation, not suppression.
Yoga is not about forcefully crushing your thoughts. It is the practice of calming the constant mental chatter so you can connect with your true nature. It's when you realise you are not the clouds (the thoughts) but the sky itself which is the witness of fleeting clouds.
Think of your mind like a pond. When the surface is covered in ripples, you cannot see the bottom. But when those mental ripples stop, the water becomes clear, and you can finally perceive reality as it is.
Through focused contemplation and observation, the lower fluctuations of the mind, like anger, hatred, and ego, naturally begin to fade. The mind stops pulling you in every direction and settles into its natural state of stillness and peace.
In that deep stillness, a profound shift happens, which is, the individual ego dissolves into something universal. The True Self reveals itself to the seeker, Ishwara (the Divine) to the devotee, and Purusha (Pure Consciousness) to Prakriti (Nature).
Because the yogis see this universal truth, the wise look at every being with an equal eye. True Yogis see the divine essence in everyone, treating the joys and sorrows of others as if they were their own.
This beautiful perspective is echoed perfectly in the Bhagavad Gita (BG 6.32):
BG 6.32: I regard them to be perfect yogis who see the true equality of all living beings and respond to the joys and sorrows of others as if they were their own.
Therefore, Yoga is not just a quick routine to check off your daily list; it is a vehicle to realize our shared universality. It teaches us to treat everyone with kindness and to remain balanced through the natural ups and downs of life.
Crucially, this stillness transforms how we move through the world. Yoga is not limited to silent meditation or breathwork, it expresses itself dynamically through four interconnected paths: action (Karma), knowledge (Jnana), devotion (Bhakti), and meditation (Raja). The mind naturally finds peace when our actions are dedicated to a higher purpose, and every path seamlessly intertwines with the others.
When we overcome the lower tendencies (vasanas) that bind us, every action is naturally performed for loka-sangraha i.e for the welfare of the world and the collective consciousness of society. For a yogi, every single action becomes divine.
We thus must extend Yoga to every moment of our lives. Even after our mat practice is over, that stillness should carry over into every task we perform and every interaction we have, deeply ingrained in our consciousness. By doing so, we turn everyday life into the ultimate practice of Yoga and every act done for the divine.
Thanks for reading!
Hare Krishna! 🙏

Everytime I think I finally got it, I keep finding new ones
My journey has been sooo... all over the place
Literally everytime I crack something about me, figure it out and finally feel free, I keep stumbling into another thing I lied myself about, hidden from myself or didn't even realize
I feel like a lot of people have outer life journeys, careers, families, goals
My only interest is my inner world, I can't responsibly think about creating more people when it's all so damn crazy inside of me.
I look forward to meditation same way I looked forward to partying on weekends.
It's hard and scary, but also exciting.
Anyone else?

Discussion This makes complete sense to me... it's vulnerable narcissism
Hi, my life has been extremely difficult like many others here. At 41 I've never been in love, I'm homeless, jobless, friendless and I'm constantlyaware of how I feel.
About 6 years ago while studying IFS, I learned about your true self which lead to Advaita Vedanta true Self. I was hooked. This promised everything I wanted (Sat chit ananda). I gave up everything to wake up.
It dawned on me that I likely have vulnerable NPD and after some research, I have self diagnosed.
What a relief to finally know why life has been such a struggle. I finally realized why I feel the way I do... honestly, this is the best thing I've realized in ages... jt explains a lot... the empty feeling inside, the no one inside feeling... feeling like a ghost a lot of my life... the people pleasing, fear, showing off and self hatred... to name but a few.
Yes, more stories... illusion... this is happening but not to anyone. This is all there is... but, it looks like I could finally make some progress in the life of the character... in the dream... and why not?
Put the focus on healing and restoring the character... more illusion? Perhaps, however, I havent really achieved anything in terms of reducing the pain for the character... working on healing NPD might actually assist in establishing a less volatile existence.
I'm open to other people's perspective pr perception of what might be going on here. Thanks

Christian Mysticism For those that have ears to hear
This is the story of how you leave The Cave.
I found my way out of mine through luck and (mis)fortune.
I cannot show you the way out of your Cave. No oyster can force another to form a pearl.
But if you can recognize the symbols in my story, you might be able to trace the shape of your own wounds and learn to interpret them so you can escape yours. The wounds are the map.
“Arise, remember that you have heard and trace your root.”
— The Secret Book of John
In my professional work, I map attachment patterns, human narratives, relational histories, and self-stories across hundreds of individuals. Each type of "self" has a signature in our world: a recognizable set of beliefs, fears, values, and plights.
If you leave the cave, you can learn to witness the underlying architecture of our imposed self. People exist in loops. They mistake their persona, their mask, for their authentic self. These self-serving stories trap and rule us. They are plausible but untrue.
You are in a dream that is not a dream. At every level, I could and can show you the mechanisms of your own design. I can show you that the YOU you imagine yourself to be is not, in fact, YOU. But to reach more of you, I'll leave you a map instead. Because it's so much more fun when you find the way out on your own.
“For where the mind is, there is the treasure.”
— Gospel of Mary
This is the map out of your story. This is how you die. This is how you are born.
Mine is a garden forever at midnight.
It is bathed in the silver light of the moon, and there are always just enough clouds that their edges glint white against the deep dark of the heavens. The air is chill. The breeze is only a whisper. Beneath me, fields of golden wheat stretch in every direction, ready for a harvest I am not to bring. And a single apple tree, laden with fruit, rustles in the wind.
Four dogs sleep in the wheat. Jericho, who was with me when I emerged from the cave. Petra, who found me in the desert. Cerberus, who led me out. And Mars, who was with me when I died at the City Gates.
And I am here, waiting.
I am a mirror.
For I am the moon.
Between us lies the great table I have set. On it are the story’s foods. It has been waiting for you as long as the story has. And I’ve made the wine myself. I pour you a glass, and try not to smile, for I know you will find it bitter and hard to swallow. Partly because of what it is made from, and partly because of what had to happen to the fruit before it could become what it needed to. This is the first sacrament I offer you, for it is you: you can be crushed, and rotten and transcendent.
You can become something else: yourself.
So sit. Eat. I have nothing to sell you and nowhere to send you. I want to tell you what I know, and then I want to send you home.
It begins in a garden.
It always begins in a garden.
And every garden is a lie, and every lie is so beautiful at the beginning. For the best lies are the familiar ones. And the walls of every cave are forged from them. Each of us is born dependent on somebody else's story. To exist in that story, we learn to play a part. We adopt a role. We don a mask. We become so caught up in that story that we seldom notice we are nothing but shadows on the wall of a deep, dark cave. For we mistake that first cave for the world.
The cave I was born into belonged to Mary.
The desert I died in belonged to Him.
Do not mistake me: I did not survive the cave or the desert because I was brave, nor strong, nor good, nor special. I survived because I was finally hurt enough that staying cost more than going. This is how a pearl is made.
The pearl is the price of freedom.
And if you are waiting to feel strong before you get up and start searching for a way out, if you wait for rescue or luck or madness, you will surely die in the dark, or in the sand.
Know this: when and if you find the exit of your cave, you will not arrive at freedom. Not yet. Not for a long while. Because after you leave the cave, you will discover the desert. And the desert is vast, and empty, and cruel.
I want to be honest with you about the desert, because nobody was honest with me. It is worse than the cave. In the cave you at least think that you know who you are — you are the good one, or the difficult one, or the golden one, or the one who ruined everything. You know your role because it’s the only thing you’ve ever known. But out there, out in the sand and sun and wild, you are no one. You are nothing.
Out here, there is no story at all. You will be so hungry for one that you will take the first familiar role offered to you. And you will perform it like your life depends on it: because it does—because your life, right now, is a story you live in and breathe and you mistake it for True.
The first person charming enough to offer you the illusion of meaning and purpose will become your God. And you will mistake your worship of that God for love. In the end, you will find out that God is no God at all: it is the adversary. The adversary wears many faces, for it has many heads, each wearing a mask.
His story fit me like a glove. And it fit better in time because, as he learned me, he cut it to my shape. Looking back, I remember the early days when it was uncomfortable to wear. But we are quick to forget when we are desperate without knowing it.
That is what they do. They mold themselves to you, like a parasite—like a vampire. You won’t see it coming, and you won’t want to see it when it arrives. In the end—if you survive—you'll realize you saw it all along. In part, your grief will be recognizing how you chose not to see. This is why most people never do. Know that you must not despise yourself for pretending you didn’t notice how wrong you knew it was. After all, a person raised in a cave is blinded by the desert sun.
You will be tempted in the desert.
You will be tempted to make the meaningless mean something, because meaning nourishes the soul. You will be tempted by anyone who says, “I see you,” before you recognize that the “you” they see is your own fantasy—your idealized self. And slowly, inch by inch, they will flip that ideal upside down. You will go from feeling at last worthy of love to, in the end, thinking you are so vile you never deserved love at all. They will possess you. They will own you. And they will do their best to write your story with your own left hand.
You will be tempted to be righteous when you finally learn the desert's rules and spot its rulers. At first, when your eyes have finally adjusted to the light, you will be thankful—giddy, even—not to be like the creatures of the cave or the desert whom you can now spot and predict.
But you still won’t know who or what you are.
And your self-righteousness, you'll quickly realize, is only the cave wearing better clothes.
But one day, if you survive it all, you will be walking somewhere ordinary. And without realizing it, you’ll find the edge of the desert and take your first step out of it. For the first time in your life, you’ll glimpse who you really are, because you finally see who you are not.
I found myself walking along the Salish Sea. I was with my two dogs, passing time on a gray afternoon. Terrified for my life after all He had done to me. I was reviewing the story of my life—over and over and over again—trying to make sense of it, trying to find some untried way I hadn’t yet used to blame myself to simulate control where I had none. The seawater crashed against the shore like thunder, and madness flashed in my eyes like lightning.
And then it arrived all at once: a fully formed knowing.
Gnosis.
I would later realize that it was a message from home.
It descended on me not as fire, nor thunder, nor voice, nor song. It was not anything you could put in a book and have people believe. It arrived in the space where I used to exist within my own mind. I died. And when I did, I came to life for the first time.
It will arrive as a small and unbearable sentence, and the sentence will be:
I knew.
I knew when I was six, lying in the grass under the maple. I knew when I lied to her about the trees, and she chose to believe me because the lie was more useful than her son. I knew every time the spark rose in me, and I put it out, because seeing cost more than blindness. I knew, and I chose not to know, every single time, for thirty-eight years.
And it will feel like a death admitting it—because it is one. The person you were — the one who could not afford to know — cannot survive the knowing. He, the boy you were, does not get to come with you. He does not get to live.
I grieved him. I still do. He was six years old, doing his best with what he had, keeping me alive, and full of dreams.
And then he had to go. For me to be born, he had to die.
And then there is the matter of forgiveness, and I will not lie to you about that either.
I forgave them. Not because they earned it and not because they asked. I forgave Mary because I finally understood her: she was starving, and I was food.
I forgave Him for the same reason.
For me, understanding is the only door true forgiveness has ever come through. To truly forgive, I had to truly understand. And now I do.
But hear me — forgiveness is not reunion. I do not have to sit at their table because I have stopped waiting at it.
They were people. They did what they did. It was not because you were unlovable. That is the whole message, and I would carve it into the table if I could:
It was not because you were unlovable.
I am the moon.
I have said it all my life, and I did not understand it until the end. The moon makes no light. The moon has never made light. It is a cold rock that happens to face the sun, and everything beautiful about it is borrowed, yet it is still the only thing that gets some people home in the dark.
So I am not the way. There is no way, and if a man offers himself to you as one, you have met the desert again wearing a new face. I am one lamb who got out and came back to the edge of the dark to say that there is an out. That is all I am, and it is enough, and it is more than anyone did for me.
I have no prophecy for you. I do not know when the world ends. I know when a world ends, because mine did, and I know what is on the other side: a Tuesday, dogs that need walking, and the extraordinary ordinary fact of being a person nobody is currently rewriting.
The Kingdom is within. It always was. I can’t let you into it. It is the room in you that was there before Mary and will be there after Him, the one with the tenderness you have kept hidden all your life so the shadows wouldn’t find it and take it.
It is still there. I promise you it is still there. Go and get it.
But in the meantime: eat.
Here are the bitter herbs, because it was bitter, and pretending otherwise has never helped anyone. Dip them in this salt water, for there were many tears, and there will be many more. This is not weakness; it is the body finally being allowed to tell the truth. It is being human. Over there is the charoset, because even mortar is sweet — because you must remember, always, that you built something in there, in that cave. You invented a precious pearl of tenderness and humor and attention that is genuinely yours. It is genuinely you. And you get to keep it.
It was not all poison.
You were not all poison.
And finally we have the egg. We have the egg because you will eventually learn you are inside something that is inside something else, and the only way out of a shell is from within, by an animal's own effort. And you, me, each of us, are born a fucking animal.
Do not forget the wine I placed in your hand when you took your seat with me. Remember you were, and will be, crushed.
Take all the time you need to rest and think.
Then get up from my table.
That is the only instruction I have.
Do not stay here.
Do not make me your story—that is what was done to us, and I will not do it to you, and I will never be done to again.
Take some bread for your journey. Go back and plant your own way to your gardens; sustain yourselves with your own meaning.
Mine is a garden forever at midnight.
But you are not staying.
“Because the end will be where the beginning is.”
— Gospel of Thomas, Saying 18.

Discussion Realizing I intentionally chose to be addicted to weed and nicotine vaping as a way to trick my body into working a job I need to survive.
I'm sure we all hate working a 9-5 job, and I couldn't keep one to save my ass in the past, I have been vaping and smoking weed for a long time and since quitting something really dawned on me. One of the first things I noticed was that time sped up drastically. My vaping and weed addiction was literally making my work day feel almost 3 times longer which I honestly never would have noticed if I didn't decide to quit. Yes the withdrawal sucks, but through the pain something made me laugh out loud. Hopefully i'm making sense but basically i've been working this job for 7 months vaping and smoking and have gotten so used to how long the shift felt, I always assumed and thought the vaping and smoking was helping time fly by because thats the reason I used to justify to myself to do it lol. But I'm saying what if like my higher self was like "this is a brilliant way to get my stubborn lower self to stop being lazy so we can make it out of mommas house lol" So it like orchestrated me powering through this job smoking and vaping heavy and then soon as I get a promotion to really lock more hours, I get this strange sensation to quit smoking, and when I did, I noticed time flies by at work. Just a week ago I kept telling myself in my head Im going to quit because I hated how slow time felt at work. Lol now I'm working slightly even more hours and time feels much faster. So if feels like the perfect setup for someone with my kind of brain, to get them to commit to a job they would have otherwise never even thought of working. Because if i would have quit smoking at any other time in life it wouldn't have been this impactful. I probably woudlnt have even been motivated to do the application for this job. I basically just wanted to afford to get high consistently at first, but working hard at a job everyday quickly makes you realize you don't want to participate in things that will make it even harder.

Quote/Picture Burning Gold
“Bare soles press hard against burning gold.”...from a reddit user comment.
This quote give me an image of souls encountering life directly, without protection, while discovering that what is valuable can also be difficult to walk through.
“Bare soles also can symbolize vulnerability. No shoes, no armor, nothing separating you from the ground beneath you. Spiritually it mean the person who is no longer hiding from experience or himself. You're feeling the journey rather than merely thinking about it and overthinking it.
“Press hard means persistence. The ground hurts, but the traveler continues. Not because suffering is automatically noble, but because some meaningful paths contain discomfort.
Something can be beautiful and painful at the same time. Such is the reality we find ourselves sometimes. And sometimes what transforms you doesn't initially feel like a blessing.
This quote is inviting us to be fully present and experience life directly. It represents someone saying "I am here...I am alive! And I'm willing to experience life directly. even when being alive is intense.”
Don't become so afraid of being burned that you stop walking toward what makes you feel alive.

Personal Experience Between Right and Wrong
Between Right and Wrong
The mind demands a verdict:
Who is wrong, and who is right?
It struggles to hold two truths
within the same light.
It swings between the opposites,
as if one must be gone.
Two truths may stand beside each other
and both of them belong.
Life can hold both dark and light,
and still go on.

Enlightenment is..
The problem with giving an accurate definition of enlightenment, is that it gets you further away from it. Closer the definition, longer your journey because your mind itself is the hindrance. However, I would try to explain it:
Enlightenment is when you feel the pure consciousness inside you. This consciousness is the platform for every kind of experience, which includes your thoughts, emotions, feeling of time and everything you could ever imagine. Commonly when we observe ourselves, we are observing our state of mind. But then we've still got two parts, one that is observed and the one that is observing and making judgements. When you see this, there's a third part which is observing the other two. Keep going and you'll end up at an attribute-less and inexplicable plane of existence. If your experiences are brush strokes, the pure consciousness is the canvas (which is not white).
When Rene-Descartes said "I think, therefore I am", he was extremely close, and while it may look absurd, "I am" alone would have been the correct description. You should know that if you keep thinking in terms of god, evil, physics, logic etc., you will only be enlarging that painting and may never realise the canvas. You see, I described it as attribute-less, but isn't it also an attribute? Conversely, if I say it has all the attributes, then how it will have the "no-attribute" tag? This is basically why description of enlightenment given by many masters and schools of thoughts are conflicting yet correct (which also makes them incorrect if we're going to stick with logic).
I'd further say that enlightenment is followed by a state of zero doubt. You'd know that this is the end of your realisations and nothing in this world or even in your imagination can ever go beyond it. You'll 'know' it, without anything to believe. It's funny to say this but this post would then make complete sense to you, and so would every word said by old masters. Lastly, enlightenment is not a happy experience, It's a revealing one. It's so liberating that you might run into an accident without caring for your life. You'd want to go back to your previous mental state and might fear sleep. But you'd also know that deep down, you don't have a longing for or fear of anything. And all of this is just you trying to be more involved in this world.

Article I'm on the positive end of being a halfwit.
Would you believe there are some people who come to Reddit with zero critical thinking skills? None whatsoever, but because they string together a few syllables like ornamental popcorn for the holidays, they think they're smart.
Luckily, intelligence isn't personal.
Nobody can truthfully claim to possess intelligence. The thought can come up. It can show up as some backhanded, self-aggrandizing attempt at a joke. But still it's a passing thought like any other.
These words are borrowed from a culture.
This same culture exists prior to whatever grasping batch of neurons is claiming ownership over the thing. Y'know. That whole "Me, Myself, I" drama.
That too is impersonal.
The experience feels intimate though, which is a wonder all by itself. Nobody knows why, or how such an experience feels the way it does. We call it Conscious. Consciousness itself, the raw intelligence of a body interacting with a given environment, seems to be the container for such an experience, but that's a model.
We don't really know.
It is impossible to "know" anything because the word itself is a consequence of a culture that's also consequence of billions of years of circumstances shifting around to coalesce as a life-sustaining planet, whatever that is.
This experiencing is all we have.
You can't escape it, despite all the dogmas, creeds, accreditations and traditions. No matter how much popcorn we string together and lay out to stale, we remain irrevocably human. Hope – it's the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of our greatest strength, and our greatest weakness.

Waiting? Let's meditate!
Hey tartbakers! I've been waiting on a tow for nearly 6 hours and probably have a couple more to go. This hasn't really frustrated me much to be honest and I think it's due to a certain teaching I've been trying to integrate. I heard once that some of the best 'standing' or day to day meditations can be while we are waiting.
I've found this to be incredibly beneficial and am reaping the fruits of my meditative labor lol. I know there are others out there right now being serviced in a much more dangerous and worse off position than I am. I am incredibly thankful all I 'have' to do is meditate right now. My heart hurts for those who don't have this grace.
Everything we do from our thoughts, actions, and even intentions have effects that ripple throughout the entire system. If we all utilized these moments where we have nothing to do as opportunities to be present and cultivate intentionality then the position of everyone and everything becomes that much more intentional. Let's all spend the time we can folding our karmic laundry and help each other out! Love u tartbakers and here's to standing meditation in spite of shitty situations!

Discussion The Pods
Last year, I had a “dream” that felt more real than this reality.
A beautiful blue woman was walking me (my light body) through a black spaceship with two rows of black metal pods filled with blue gel. In each pod was a person, some of who had metal, claw-like contraptions on their heads. The ones with these contraptions on their heads were screaming inside their tubes.
I asked my guide, “Why would they agree to that?”
And she said, “For wisdom.” As in suffering equals wisdom: the greater the suffering, the greater the wisdom attained by the higher self.
At the end this bridge of black grating we walked on, I looked at the last tube on the left and saw myself. I was appalled to see my body floating inside, but thankful that I wasn’t wearing one of those awful contraptions.
Once my guide (who I’ve come to realize is my cosmic lover/counterpart) saw that I’d seen what she’d intended to show me, she said, “I’ll go get my driver.” The word driver was strange here. It felt like she meant her angelic form or encasing, I can’t explain it.
After that, I woke up incredibly disturbed. I knew that what I’d seen was real for so many reasons.
Then, a few weeks ago I DMed an incredible experiencer on Instagram. Later in our conversation I ended up relaying a short version of this dream to her. She said she’s also seen the pods, but her ship is white, and her pod contains gold liquid. (She is a Pleiadian contactee so this makes sense). I joked that her ship was better, and then realized something horrible. I’ve seen inside of reptilian ships before in a few horrific past life regressions. Their architecture is always ominous and filled with steam and black. I’d pieced it together. My pod was on a reptilian ship; the people in it, including myself at times, were being harvested for loosh. I say were because I hope to God I’ve been moved; for the past few months my life no longer feels like torture; but before then, I’d often questioned why I was consistently thrown into worst nightmare scenarios, and I’d even had the feeling that my energy was being harvested.
I know this is super long. But the last thing I’ll say is that what it looks like to me now is that each Higher Self chooses an earthly identity before they enter these pods to learn. People like us, the ones that wake up within the dream, were sent to wake the others. Eventually, the two world’s will merge, and that’s exactly what I think will be the result of Disclosure.

Comparative Discussion Has anyone ever had a spiritual experience following acupuncture?
Hi!
I just had acupuncture for the first time a few days ago, and found myself absolutely EXHAUSTED afterwards.
Apparently, this is a good sign as it means my body shifted away from fight or flight, and the treatment removed the adrenaline/stress that was giving me an artificial sense of alertness to reveal the true fatigue hiding underneath.
This was such a strong experience for me that I couldn’t help but wonder if anyone has experienced anything unusual (enlightenment, spiritual insight, etc) after getting acupuncture?
Since it has a lot to do with energy (qi) manipulation, it doesn’t seem too far fetched.
Thanks!

What is Love?
The conversation about what love is has been discussed for thousands of years. I think love comes from using the green frequencies of the universe correctly. Giving love involves expressing empathy, compassion, and humility towards others. The question is how to truly give others love because I think it is severely lacking throughout the world, many of us struggle with truly giving others love and I don’t believe it is any fault of our own.
To figure out how to give others love and why many of us lack the ability to do it, I think involves discussing what giving others the opposite of love is (misusing the universe’s green frequencies). What is the opposite of empathy, compassion, and humility? I think emotions such as jealousy, envy, and similar emotions associated with wanting to be more “special” than others is the opposite of giving love and these emotions are far too abundant in the world. I think others use these emotions against us to try and steal from us. They try and steal our capacity for giving others love out of us. Meaning, when others are jealous, envious, or want to be more “special” than us, they are trying to steal our ability to give love to others and they use it to continue to be jealous, envious, and “special”.
How do others feeling jealous, envious, and more “special” than us result in love theft? I think these emotions from others can cause us depression, anxiety, and loneliness. And feeling those emotions in response to jealousy, envy, and others being more “special” than us is what I think results in our own ability to give love to others being stolen.
I believe for us to give others love again requires getting back what was stolen from us. We have to get our empathy, compassion, and humility back from those who stole it from us using jealousy, envy, and being more “special” against us.
How to get our ability to love back I think involves talking with others honestly about any time people were jealous, envious, or felt more “special” than us and made us feel anxious, depressed, and lonely. This can be incredibly difficult to do because it requires talking about experiences that were extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. If we talk about what happened to us though, I believe we put the emotions of anxiety, depression, and loneliness into the people who stole from us (they deserve it). It returns the love they stole from us and we get our ability to give love (empathy, compassion, and humility) to others back.
Giving love to others is beating emotions of jealousy, envy, and others feeling more “special” than us. It’s not feeling anxiety, depression, or loneliness when others act that way towards us. It’s responding with empathy, compassion and humility while being faced with jealousy, envy, and emotions of others being more “special” than us.
As an example, something good happens in our life and our parents are supposed to give us love for it. They are supposed to give us empathy and humility. By humility, I mean something good happened to us and not the same thing happened to them. With humility, they give us love when something good happens to us and not directly to them, that is an aspect of giving us love. Alternatively, they can chose to be jealous, envious, and want to be more “special” than us (their own children) when something good happens to us, they can chose not give us love when we deserve it. Instead, they are stealing love out of us if we respond to their jealousy and envy with anxiety, depression, or loneliness.
Instead, I think we have to respond back to their jealousy and envy without anxiety, depression or loneliness. If they are jealous and envious of us and we don’t experience anxiety, depression, or loneliness over it then I think those emotions loop back into them and causes them to experience anxiety, depression, and loneliness and it returns any love they stole from us or others. Then, amazingly, we take the stolen love back from them and can give it to them (we give them empathy, compassion, and humility), that is giving love. So they are supposed to give us love but fail by responding with jealousy or wanting to be more “special”. If we can recognize that is happening, and tell truth by not responding with anxiety, depression, or loneliness then we are pulling stolen love out of them and using it to give love (empathy, compassion, and humility) to them.
I think that is what love is. It’s always beating jealousy, envy, and others feeling more “special” than us by not responding with anxiety, depression, or loneliness, but rather with truth. Doing so causes anxiety, depression, and loneliness in them, pulls love that was stolen by them out and returns it to us which we then give to others. That is love.
