Female fronted alternative rock band “Purple Negative” from Latvia releases a new single “Swimmer” along with an animated music video.

“Swimmer” is a melancholic alternative rock ballad that tells an emotional story of seeking comfort and healing in bodies of water in the aftermath of physical and emotional pain - heartbreak and sports injuries. Experimental, violin bowed guitar textures intertwine with acoustic guitar, creating a fresh, previously unheard of sound to Purple Negative’s musical identity.

All Time Low - Falling for Strangers

Need to get this album on vinyl. Really cool album if you want that Cocteau Twins itch scratched. They were touted as the next Cocteau Twins by 4AD before their unfortunate breakup. Really cool album and it does sound almost exactly like Cocteau record. Especially the guitar. Peekaboo is a nice lil dream pop song. Highlight of the album for me.
