The response to ChatPalo's launch on Telegram has been amazing, and we wanted to give something back to the community that made it happen.

So we're starting the ChatPalo Mental Health Initiative 💛

We've brought on two counselors who will offer free, one on one support to members of r/ChatPalo.

You can talk to them about anything, like:

• 💔 Relationships and breakups
• 🫂 Loneliness or feeling disconnected
• 💸 Money worries and financial stress
• 💼 Career confusion, job pressure, or burnout
• 📚 Exam and study stress
• 🏠 Family conflicts
• 😟 Anxiety, overthinking, or low mood
• 🌱 Or anything else on your mind, big or small

How it works:

1. Join r/ChatPalo
2. Send a DM to the moderators
3. We'll connect you privately with one of our counselors

It's completely free, and what you share stays between you and the counselor.

You don't need to have it all figured out, or even know what to say. Sometimes just talking helps. 💬
