Please help. What late 1970s Canadian TV Show used Breezin' as its theme song?

I recently heard this song again after 40 years and it put me into a fugue state remembering hearing it regularly as a child. I thought it was a CBC or CTV talk show from the late 1970s or early 1980s. It could also be a CBC radio show like Morningside. Anyone recognize this soft jazz classic as a staple of the 1970s monoculture in Southern Ontario?

I loved this show as a very young child. It was about a group of junior park rangers that would help solve mysteries and generally assist where they could.

I grew up watching it in Winnipeg with Laurie Mustard. Even got lucky enough to get through on the phone a couple of times and to tour the set at the CBC studios.

The 1970s CBC police drama Sidestreet, it was rerun on the then new YTV on its Saturday afternoon block at 2:00pm. Donnelly Rhodes and Jonathan Welsh starred as police officers with the Metropolitan Toronto Police Departments Community Service unit. Lots of yellow Toronto Police Fords and Toronto Transit Commission pcc streetcars.
