One of the most cowardly punts I’ve seen. Can’t believe the announcers didn’t say anything about it. You’ve got to go for it right there down two scores.

Survived. We need this bye week to heal up more than I’ve ever seen

Such a cowardly called game.
3rd and long in the red zone down by 3? Rush up middle to secure the tie.
Down 2 scores with 4 mins left? Punt the ball away so we don’t lose by 3 scores.
Embarrassing.

3 straight 3 and outs in the fourth quarter in a close game, so fucking pathetic. Defense gets gassed, Marcel goes down with the SLIGHTEST touch, Lamont Rogers can’t block, and our secondary is ass.

Man, I wish I lacked self respect so I could become a t-shirt fan of a better team

Really disliked seeing Reed and Hart on the sideline smiling. If I were Elko I’d make sure to run those smiles off.

Leading rusher had 36 yards. Get Ryan Grubb the FUCK off my football team

Fire the water boy at this point. Trotting Reed out there time and time again expecting anything other than chicken fried ass is coaching malpractice

Whelp, at least I don't need to donate money to the Longhorns NIL fund.

Well it was a fun 3 quarters while it lasted, but we are simply not good.
Even without the poor refs, Marcel Reed is still a football terroist, and our OC still was way too conservative. The secondary also gave up way too many big plays.
At the end of the day, we turned over the ball 3 times, and Alabama played a fairly clean game outside of that one Russell interception.
Also u/TheStinkyStains, get ready.
You said you would eat dog shit out of a cup if Texas A&M loses

I hate this team…they finally give me a little bit of hope only to crush it once again. Oh well, at least the season is now officially over and so Elko will hopefully bench our overpaid, underperforming starters and see what the young guys can do.
And I know it’s not the reason we lost, but the holding calls were criminally-one sided. Lots of ticky-tack bull that they weren’t calling on Bama.

We’ve all seen 8-4 aTm but have we ever considered 4-8 aTm?

Is it wrong to call out that Elko could lose some weight? Dude looks unhealthy.

Have an anemic offense all season. Marcel starts with back to back picks. Backup QB tries to put himself in. Marcel actually plays like a QB. Tied at half. Get only 3 points in the 2nd half but enter the 4th with a lead. 3 drives in that quarter get you 5 total yards. And then a surrender punt down 2 scores with a little less than 4 min to play.
Fell for it again award. 🤡
