Total lack of talent in that game except for the Freshman Syracuse Receiver.

Take heart UNC, we have collectively avenged what was possibly the worst football game ever played between two teams last year with a very exciting one this year.

Can't believe Fran Brown is 5-0 in overtime. If only we could just skip to overtime every week instead of the humiliation ritual of watching Syracuse football

Be mad at the call on the field if you want but there was zero video evidence to overturn that.

Thats exactly right. I have no idea how the hell there isnt a camera down the fucking goal line

Balls on his back hip. His foot was barely on the goal line. It was pretty clearly short and y’all won bc of a premature call on the field

Thus is College Sports.
See Notre Dame last week, and WMU week 0, and Alabama vs Georgia.
It sucks but at least it isnt as bad as the NFL with straight ref ball.

Not just that but shitty ass review center that apparently perspective is a 2d surface still don’t see how the fuck they upheld that with neither replay showing the ball to the left of the fucking pylon front or back shot

Never should have mattered. Get a fucking stop on any one of like nine third and longs and we win. The secondary is straight up ass.

This team is ridiculous. Lose track of their best receiver not once but twice. Just so damn irritating

In my eyes his right foot looked to match where the ball was vertically, and his foot hit the pylon which was in line with the ball

Yeah.. that isnt enough to confirm or overturn anything though

It’s enough to uphold it lmao that’s all that matters

I didn’t realize the ball going out of bounds before reaching the pylon results in a successful 2-pt conversion.

There's not a chance in hell that crossed the plane

The ref with the best view made the call. Had to stick with the call on the field. How they don’t have down the line cameras is puzzling.

Dude sometimes it's obvious. That ball is cradled to the right of his entire body the whole damn way. Make the obvious call or get rid of the fucking replay.

u/Enough_Wallaby7064 3d ago
They couldn't convincingly overturn it since there wasnt a camera down the line

I just came here to say fuck Syracuse. Could have won the game and cashed my under if their garbage kicking team could kick a PAT.
