Post-Dentist Treat from Bookstore in Boston
Commonwealth Books in downtown Boston has an incredible selection of used and rare books, maps etc. It's a bit of a hidden gem, but it's always got people browsing.
And it's right next to my dentist's offices, so stopped by and grabbed these after an adventure in orthodontics!

New additions to San Francisco collection
"Painted Ladies" is vintage 1978. "Karl Fog" has a clever overlay cover that, when removed, reveals a clear picture of the Golden Gate Bridge without fog.

Rhode Island & Connecticut Book Haul
8 days and 7 bookstores between:
Providence, Newport and Westerly Rhode Island & Mystic and Niantic Connecticut
If I hadnāt gotten sick the last couple of days we would have been able to go to two more. But considering space in our luggage it was probably a good thing we didnāt. Itās so fun to share my love of books and travel with my daughter.
Not pictured: Star Wars ABCs for my baby due in April. Itās currently MIA.

Book Haul today!
I have to admit, this is a bit of a strange one cause I usually read anything with dragons so I guess I wanted to expand my knowledge of Genres.
The Collected Works of H. P. Lovecraft - always loved his story and this one is filled with short stories including "The Call of Cthulu" and its hard back and sprayed edge so thats neat.
Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas - I hear a bunch of reviews about Maas' books, ACOTAR is on my TBH so I said "Fuck it".
DUNE by Frank Herbert - this was a great idea when I saw it, massive books (my average page count for books is usually 400+), interesting lore, films to watch afterwards, ect. It was brilliant when I bought it. Until I opened it... 6 seperate stories in 2 books with "Dune", Dune Messiah" and "Children of Dune" in the first one and "God Emperor of Dune", "Heretics of Dune" and "Chapterhouse of Dune", not to mention there both small print but also the page count has a total of roughly 1900 pages with the second one being 1000 pages by itself.
To put Dune into perspective, the biggest book i owned before today was "The Priory of the Orange Tree" by Samantha Shannon at 800 pages. Dune in total is 1000+ that. Im still gonna read it tho.
