I looked around for an answer to this but didn’t come across anything specific about adding tickets to your Apple wallet.

I have 4 2-day passes for BILLYWEEN this weekend that I picked up during presale. I got an email over the weekend saying the tickets were ready to be added to my Apple wallet but when I go to do so the barcode is not available and neither is the option to “Add tickets to wallet”.

I’m assuming this is because barcodes won’t be available until tn after 7:30. But My family and I are making a 7 hour drive up from NC, so I wanted to try and get this figured out if it’s not the norm before we head out tomorrow morning!

heyy, guys! super quick question: are people dressing up for both days of the show or just halloween? 👀 in addition to my halloween costume, i have a potential outfit set aside for friday but wasn't sure if others would be dressing up that day. 😂😅

Shoutout to the guy in line at the Anthem in 2022 who very confidently said what Billy really needs to add to his band to ascend to the next level was a horn section like Trey Anastasio band. Yup, he was certain that what this bluegrass band needed to truly succeed was a fucking horn section.

Well, it’s been 4 years and he still hasn’t added a horn section and the boys still seem to be achieving success.

So, just for the sake of discussion, what dumb/ridiculous/absurd takes have you heard over the years of standing in line or making it through set-break with some weirdo talking in your ear?

Do we think any tapes from the Everett show with Dawg are going to be surfacing on the archive anytime soon? Or do we think nuggs will be holding em hostage in perpetuity.

It’s a long shot but does anyone have downloads for the 2 night runs in Worcester, MA (7/30/24 & 7/31/24) & Portland, ME (7/24/26 & 7/25/26). I pay for nugs and always buy the audio from the shows. It sucks we can’t also buy the videos on nugs. I assume there’s some licensing nonsense going on that prevents them from selling the videos?

There’s gotta be someone in this sub with connections to the band that can answer this question. Pretty sure they both use bluechips but I can’t find anything beyond that.

If I had to guess, I’d say Billy is using some variation of their TD model and Jared is using a variation of either their TAD or TP models.

I saw cool video of Billy and Bob Weir chatting about learning guitar and harmonizing on a few songs, including "to lay me down"on one of my feeds,. Now I can't find it, and I only see my performances of the two in front of an audience when I try to search for it.

Any ideas?

In the Heartbeat Of Eternia advertisement that Billy released, it only mentions 10/31. Can we expect a more traditional Billy Strings show on N1 and then the band leans into the theme N2 on Halloween night? Or do we feel the poster was an error and both nights will be dialed to the theme?

I’m sharing this in this sub because I think this community cares about me. I relapsed at Huntsville. I’ve been sober for a little over a year and decided to hit a joint at the concert. I had a great time, but the relapse led to me drinking, which led to me reaching for dope again.

21 years old. Addicted to smoking crck. I have been given everything in life. Incredible childhood. Incredible parents. Education opportunities. I literally have 1 job-to stay sober. I had 14 months of sobriety after battling coke addiction throughout high school. I went to treatment 3 times last year. I thought I was doing great. I relapsed 2 days ago and for the past 24 hours I’ve been blowing all of my savings on cr*ck. I don’t know what to do. Really. I don’t think I can kick this. I feel like I’ve absolutely fucked everything up. I don’t want to do recovery. Does that make me a piece of shit? Yeah probably. I know I’m a piece of shit. I don’t care about myself anymore.

Hopefully not a hot take. This happened in the 5th row, dead center N2 of Chattanooga. Most fans sat most of the show, especially during slower songs. Which is fine with me; not really use to it at Billy shows. I see a gal in front of me grabbing her partner's hand and saying, "no, no, don't!" This goes on for 2min, and then I see the guy ask the person in front of him to sit down.

He gently refuses to sit down. The gal then blows up at her partner and she eventually leaves. Many others wanted him to sit down as well. None of these complained to the standing gentleman, but could tell they wanted everyone seated.

I see the guy at set break and commend him for standing his ground. I tell him, "I have been waiting years to see this band in a small theater again. We won't get a ton more of these 'special' shows." He agrees and gives me a hug. Him and his friend are massive fans and have the right to stand all night long. I never sat once, despite being up close. Would never tell someone to sit down either, to me it almost crosses a line.

Would you ask someone to sit down during a theater show when most everyone is seated? Curious of other's thoughts on this situation.
