WatchOS Showing last Heart Rate reading when dimmed on AW12?
On earlier models, the last heart rate reading was shown in dimmed mode.
On Apple Watch 12, the live heart rate is showed when awoke, but in dimmed mode nothing is shown. Anyone knows if this can be changed?
Edit: I already tested toggling the Show complication data setting

Check privacy settings:
watch app on phone or settings app on watch >
Display & Brightness >
Always On >
Show Complication Data >
Make sure that is set to ON and check apps in the list that the heart one is set to ON.

Thank you. I probably should have said in the post, I already checked this. I set it up as new, and it defaulted to On for Heart Rate. I tried disable-enable, but it didn't help.

Das aktivieren in den Einstellungen bei „Handgelenk gesenkt“ und komplikationsdaten anzeigen und Live Aktivitäten anzeigen bringt bei Herzfrequenz auch keinen Unterschied! Wenn Display in den Dämmerungsmodus geht, wird Herzfrequenz und historische Daten auf dem Grafen ausgeblendet.
Das komische ist aber, dass es anscheinend auch Leute gibt, die dieses Problem nicht haben. Mein Beider zum Beispiel, bei dem funktioniert es einwandfrei. Entweder fienware -bug oder es gibt einzelne ausgelieferte defekte Uhren…

Does your buddy have Apple Watch 12 or watchOS 27? It works on my previous models (AW8, wOS 26).

Heute gab es ein firmwareupdate, aber das Problem ist leider immer noch da…
Morgens funktioniert für ca. 2 Stunden die Anzeige auf gedimmten Bildschirm, dann aber plötzlich nicht mehr… habt ihr Neuigkeiten?

This also applies to the smaller complication (see heart symbol) on wrist down. The steps on the other hand always show the value and also updates on wrist down.

Same issue. This needs to be fixed. More frustrating than I thought it would be.

You need to know your heart rate at a glance?

In earlier models, it was shown in dimmed mode. I could glance down and see the last reading, which was useful for me.

My experience so far is that even if not dimmed the heart rate complication does not update unless the complication is opened. If you are seeing the live heart rate when awoke which specific complication are you using (I am using Heart)? Also what are your settings. I have it set to always on and to show complication data. Nothing is updating unless I open the complication.

Man findet auch sonst im Internet keine Informationen über dieses Problem… entweder es haben viele das Problem noch gar nicht erkannt oder es gibt nur eine sehr kleine Anzahl an Leuten die dieses Problem haben

Anyone found a fix for this yet? I’m still having this problem. I tried resetting my watch but no luck.

Auch bei Watch os 27.2 Beta 4 das selbe Problem und NICHT behoben! Entweder ist Apple unfähig oder Apple blind…
