How much time does moderating the subreddit take out of a typical day?

Depends, again. At the very least, twenty minutes- but on heavier days it can spiral into an hour and a half or more.

This is a hard one to measure because there are so many of us and we don't have one of those start-stop-start timers.
I personally probably spend about an hour, almost all of which is removing submissions that break Rule 2.

How hard is it to determine if a user is being too toxic (rule 9) in regards to their fanboyism? I've seen a few comments around that are made by very devoted fans that seem to straddle the line between passionate and abusive. Do you ever take into account their posting history on r/Android, or just the face value of their comments in context?
Additionally, what is your process in dealing (or not dealing) with "trolls"?

But seriously mods, you guys are fantastic.
Thank you for saving us from an endless barrage of speculative oneplus two blogspam posts (and the like). You guys are great.

How do you stand and use modmail? It's the most confusing structure/layout-wise communication tool I've ever tried. I'm not a mod on r/Android, of course, just a related subreddit.

This thread is not what I thought it would be, considering how serious and information oriented this sub is

How do you go about getting people from Google or different OEMs to do AMAs?
