  • If selected, pay $1 for your campaign’s full-size product, including shipping.
  • Use it in your routine for four weeks, following the product’s directions.
  • Upload photos and a short review each week.
  • Share an honest final review on social media, clearly disclosing that you received the product through an AMUTY campaign.

You don’t have to love the product. We want specific feedback about what worked for you—and what didn’t.

Please read each campaign’s ingredients, directions, precautions, eligibility details, and full requirements before applying.

Download the AMUTY app, sign up, and apply for the campaign you’d like to join.

AMUTY BEAUTY TALK What does a beauty marketer actually wear? 5 matte lip favorites | AMUTY Staff Picks, Part 1

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! We’re starting AMUTY Staff Picks, a series where people on our team share their personal beauty favorites—from lip products and blushes to skincare.

First up: five matte lip favorites from one of our marketing team members. We photographed the products and swatched them side by side so you can take a closer look at the shades.

In order, from wrist to elbow:

  • TONYMOLY — Get It Tint Waterful Butter — 18 Rosette Rose
  • BBIA — Last Velvet Tint MLBB Edition — V47 Sweet Life
  • colorgram — Nude Blur Tint — 26 Geek Plum
  • 3CE — Soft Matte Lipstick — Way Back (NCA70S)
  • peripera — Mood Blur Balm Stick — 03 Bunny Hug

Their top pick is 3CE Soft Matte Lipstick in Way Back (NCA70S)—they love using it as a base shade before layering other lip colors on top.

There’s a mix of softer pinks, muted roses, plum, and warmer brown tones here. Seeing them together makes the differences easier to spot, especially between shades that might look similar in the tube.

We’ll be sharing the same team member’s glossy lip favorites in Part 2, followed by their favorite matte-and-gloss combinations.

Which shade would you reach for first? If you own any of these, share how it looks and wears on you!

FIRST LOOK First Look: ANUA Heartleaf 80% Moisture Soothing Ampoule — slightly viscous but quick to absorb

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I’ve just started using the ANUA Heartleaf 80% Moisture Soothing Ampoule, so these are just my first impressions.

It has a slightly thick, gel-like texture with a bit of slip, but it sinks in surprisingly quickly—even though it looks quite thick in the dropper.

The 80% heartleaf extract caught my attention. The formula also has glycerin, betaine, panthenol, and sodium hyaluronate. I’ve seen reviews mention hydration and soothing benefits, but it’s too early for me to judge those.

My only gripe so far is the scent. It’s listed as fragrance-free, but I notice a faint, slightly artificial smell during application. Thankfully, it’s mild and doesn’t linger.

So far, I like the texture and quick absorption. Has anyone used it long enough to notice a difference in redness or irritation?

  • Open to U.S.-based applicants
  • Selected participants pay $1 per campaign, including one full-size product and free shipping.

REVIEW B.by BANILA Mood On Eye Palette #07 Peach Mind — an easy everyday quad with bold glitter

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi from the AMUTY team! I’ve been trying the B.by BANILA Mood On Eye Palette in #07 Peach Mind, and these are my photos and swatches.

The four shades transition naturally into one another, making this an easy palette for everyday makeup. Cozy Buff works especially well as a light base shade, while Coralness and Mild Brown add warmth and depth without making the overall look feel too heavy.

Powder fallout was about average for me. Other users also tend to describe the matte shades as blendable and buildable, although opinions on pigmentation and fallout vary.

Peach Star has fairly large, noticeable glitter particles. It adds a lot of sparkle, but it may not suit someone looking for a fine or understated shimmer.

The main drawback for me was the wear time. The shadows faded sooner than I expected on my combination skin. I didn’t use an eye primer, though, so the result may vary depending on skin type, application, and whether a primer is used.

Swatch details:

  • Indoor lighting
  • Each shade applied in 2–3 layers
  • No primer

If you’ve tried this palette, how did it wear on your lids? Did using a primer make a noticeable difference?

AMUTY NEWS We Built an AI Virtual Influencer—Here’s What Titi Is Teaching Us

Titi is an AI-created virtual influencer run by the AMUTY team.

We created u/titi_muty to tell AMUTY’s stories in a different way and explore how virtual creators might connect with audiences in the U.S.

The creative freedom has been exciting. Without the limitations of physical shoots or locations, we can place Titi in different settings, develop her story, and bring new content ideas to life quickly.

But creating an attractive image isn’t the same as creating an interesting character. Keeping Titi’s face and style consistent is challenging, and developing a recognizable personality and natural voice takes just as much thought as the visuals.

Our process is human-led. We decide the purpose, setting, and message of each post, use AI to generate the initial images and copy, and then review and revise everything for consistency and fit with the AMUTY brand.

Titi’s scenes are AI-created, and we believe in being clear about that.

What matters most to you in a virtual influencer: visual consistency, personality, transparency, or something else?

FIRST LOOK First look at the MERZY Your Routine Eye Palette in 03 Rosy Closet

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi from the AMUTY team! I swatched the MERZY Your Routine Eye Palette in 03 Rosy Closet and took a few photos for a closer look at the colors.

The palette includes eight eyeshadows and one large blush. The muted pink, beige, and brown shades feel cohesive, which makes it easy to create a smooth gradient without having to think too much about which colors work together. The mix of lighter shades, deeper colors, and shimmer also gives the palette plenty of versatility.

The blush is a useful addition and coordinates naturally with the eyeshadows, making it possible to complete both the eyes and cheeks with one palette.

When I applied the shades with my fingers, I noticed very little loose powder. I haven’t tested them with brushes yet, so I’m curious to see whether the amount of fallout changes depending on the brush.

The deeper shades were especially pigmented in my first swatches, so I would start with a small amount and build them gradually.

These are only my first impressions, so I haven’t tested the wear time, creasing, or brush application yet. Based on the swatches, which skin tones or undertones do you think this color story would suit best? And which shade would you reach for first?

AMUTY NEWS Didn’t Love It? We Want to Hear That Too.

Not every beauty product works for everyone—and that’s useful information.

AMUTY participants are never required to leave a positive review.
If a product didn’t work for you, we want to understand what happened and why.

The most helpful reviews explain:

  • Your skin type and concerns
  • How long you used the product
  • What else you used with it
  • What specifically didn’t work—texture, scent, shade, packaging, irritation, or something else

A useful review doesn’t have to praise a product.
It just needs to be specific, thoughtful, and based on a real experience.

What detail do you wish more negative beauty reviews included?

FIRST LOOK First impressions of the numbuzin No.9 NAD+ Retinal Volumetox Eye Cream

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I recently started using the numbuzin No.9 NAD+ Retinal Volumetox Eye Cream, so this is just a first impression of the packaging, texture, and finish rather than a review of its long-term results.

The small dispensing tip is one of my favorite things about the packaging. It makes it easy to control exactly how much comes out, which is especially useful since I only need a tiny amount of eye cream. I also find the tube more practical and hygienic than a jar.

The cream has a rich, dense texture, so I wouldn’t call it lightweight. However, it absorbed much faster than I expected. It didn’t leave a greasy layer behind, and the finish felt smooth and almost powdery once it settled into my skin. The scent is very faint, so the product feels almost fragrance-free, but I can still detect a slight smell when applying it, and personally, I’m not a fan. It isn’t strong or long-lasting, though.

The brand highlights NAD+, retinal, and 50 peptides in the formula. Since this is only a first look, I can’t comment on whether it causes dryness, how well it wears under makeup, or whether it improves fine lines, firmness, or dark circles over time.

Overall, I like how easy it is to control the amount. Although the cream feels richer than a gel eye cream, it absorbs quickly and leaves a smooth, non-greasy finish. Has anyone used this long enough to notice a difference around the eye area?

REVIEW A Daiso Lip Tint I Keep Reaching For: BONSEP Water Veil Tint 07 Peach Water

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I’ve been reaching for the BONSEP Water Veil Tint in 07 Peach Water quite a bit lately. It’s sold at Daiso Korea and costs just 3,000 Korean won.

I felt comfortable giving it a try because it’s made by TONYMOLY, a Korean brand already well known for its color cosmetics. It also comes in a good range of shades, so there are several options depending on your skin tone and color preferences.

On my skin, shade 07 looks like a soft, muted peach coral. One of the first things I noticed was the sweet scent, which I personally really enjoy. It makes the tint pleasant to apply, although I can see it being less appealing to someone who prefers fragrance-free or lightly scented lip products.

What works best for me is using it as a base tint rather than wearing it on its own. It leaves a subtle stain, so I still have some color on my lips after the rest of my lip makeup starts to wear off. I usually apply this first, then layer a much glossier tint over it.

For me, it’s been an easy and affordable product to experiment with. I especially like it for layering because it gives my lip makeup a base color that doesn’t disappear right away.

Do you have a lip tint that you mainly use as a base rather than wearing on its own?

K-BEAUTY TALK If You Could Invent One K-Beauty Product, What Would It Be?

There are thousands of serums, cushions, lip tints, and toner pads—but somehow, the exact product you want may still not exist.

Maybe it’s:

  • A fragrance-free hand cream with SPF
  • A cushion with a wider range of undertones
  • A lip tint that survives lunch without feeling dry
  • Travel-friendly packaging that can actually be refilled
  • Something completely new

If you could design one K-beauty product, tell us:

What would it be, who would it be for, and what is the one feature it

FIRST LOOK First Impressions of the MEDIPEEL PHYTO EX PDRN Lifting Shot Cream

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

I’ve just started using the MEDIPEEL PHYTO EX PDRN Lifting Shot Cream, and the texture is easily the most interesting part of my first impression.

Before even getting to the cream itself, I noticed the thoughtful packaging inside the jar. The spatula has its own fitted holder, so it stays securely in place instead of sliding around or getting lost. It’s a small detail, but the built-in spatula holder makes the jar feel much more practical and hygienic to use.

The cream has a pale pink, glossy texture. When lifted with the spatula, it stretches into long, thin strands that look like fine threads. The thread-like texture looks like it might feel very rich or sticky, but it felt lighter than I expected once I spread it over my skin.

Based on this first use, it seems comfortable enough for a daily routine rather than something I’d use only as an occasional heavy treatment. Since this is just a first look, I can’t comment on any firming or lifting results yet. I’m curious to see how it wears throughout the day, whether it layers well under sunscreen and makeup, and how my skin responds with continued use.

So far, the spatula holder and the unusual texture are the two features that stand out most to me.

Has anyone used this long enough to notice a difference in firmness or skin texture?

AMUTY NEWS What If Your First Beauty Portfolio Started With One Product?

Many aspiring beauty creators run into the same problem: brands often look for creators who already have content and an audience. But creating that first piece of content can be difficult when you don’t yet have a product or an opportunity to start with.

AMUTY wants to offer a different starting point.

Through our $1 K-beauty campaigns, selected participants can try a full-size product in their everyday routines and document what they discover over four weeks.

  • How does the texture actually feel?
  • Does it work well with the rest of your routine?
  • What changes after using it consistently?
  • What would you want someone else to know before trying it?

Those observations can become more than just a review. They can shape the story behind your next photo, post, or video.

For some people, an AMUTY campaign is simply a way to discover a new K-beauty product. For aspiring beauty creators, it could also be a chance to practice product storytelling and create something original for their portfolios.

AMUTY also wants to give creators content opportunities that aren’t already everywhere. Rather than covering the same viral products in the same way, creators can develop their own stories through hands-on product testing, week-by-week observations, and personal results.

As AMUTY grows, we also hope to offer selected participants opportunities to try certain K-beauty products before their official launch. Pre-launch access is not part of our current campaigns, but it’s one of the creator opportunities we hope to offer in the future.

You don’t have to pretend that every product is perfect. The most useful content starts with a real experience and an honest point of view.

If you were creating your first K-beauty video, what would you want to show?

Try it. Notice it. Create from it.

FIRST LOOK First look at COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum

Thumbnail
gallery
0 Upvotes

Hi from the AMUTY team! We had the COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum at the office, so I tried it out and took a few close-up photos of the texture.

It’s very fluid—slightly thicker than water, but still runny. The pump makes it easy to dispense just the right amount, which is especially helpful with such a lightweight formula.

It spreads easily and leaves my skin feeling fresh and hydrated without any heaviness. To me, it feels more like a lightweight first-step booster or essence than a rich treatment serum.

The formula includes niacinamide, N-acetyl glucosamine, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, natural moisturizing factors, and six peptides. Overall, the ingredient list seems mainly focused on hydration and skin conditioning.

I haven’t used it long enough to judge claims related to firmness, pores, or skin tone, so consider this a first impression rather than a long-term review.

If you’ve used it consistently, feel free to share your experience in the comments—your skin type, how long you’ve used it, and whether you noticed any benefits beyond hydration. Good, bad, or somewhere in between, all experiences are welcome!

CAMPAIGNS Try full-size K-beauty for $1 — apply starting September 24!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Update — Applications for these campaigns closed on October 7, 2026 (KST). Thank you to everyone who applied! This post remains available as a reference.

Hi everyone! Our product-testing campaigns launched on September 24, featuring three full-size K-beauty products.

Each campaign costs $1, with free shipping. In return, we ask you to use the product for four weeks, share photos each week, and leave an honest final review.

Wondering which one to explore? Here’s a closer look at each formula, its finish, and how it might fit into your routine.

TIRTIR — Mask Fit AI Filter Cushion (18g · 23N Sand only)

If you have oily or combination skin and prefer a semi-matte base, this cushion is worth considering. It contains niacinamide, and TIRTIR describes the formula as offering natural-looking coverage with a blurred finish.

We’d love to hear how it works in your everyday routine: how it looks over your usual skincare, how it sits on your skin, and how the finish changes throughout the day.

Please check the shade before joining—this campaign offers 23N Sand only.

Beauty of Joseon — Dynasty Cream 100ml

A creamy moisturizer with glycerin, squalane, niacinamide, and rice bran water. It’s worth considering if you have normal to dry skin or prefer a moisturizing finish.

If you have oily or combination skin, Beauty of Joseon recommends starting with a small amount.

We’re curious about the everyday details: how it feels after it absorbs, whether it provides the hydration you’re looking for, and how it layers with sunscreen or makeup.

Arencia — Pore Melt Cleansing Oil Pad (50 pads · 140g)

Curious about an oil cleanser in pad form? These pre-soaked pads are designed to remove makeup, sunscreen, and daily buildup. The brand highlights green tea extract and ceramide NP among the ingredients.

If you regularly wear makeup or sunscreen and want to try a different cleansing format, these may be worth exploring. Gently wipe, rinse, and follow with a foaming cleanser if needed.

We’d love to hear how the pads remove your usual makeup, how the texture feels on your skin, and how your skin feels after rinsing.

What participating involves

  • Join a product campaign for $1.
  • Receive an authentic, full-size product with free shipping.
  • Use it for four weeks, uploading photos and a review each week.
  • Share an honest final review, including anything that didn’t work for you.

Complete your final review on social media to receive 1P in AMUTY app credit, equivalent to $1, which you can use toward in-app purchases.

Please check the full ingredient list and campaign requirements before signing up.

FIRST LOOK A closer look at Mood Glider Lip And Blush Stick in shade 03

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi from the AMUTY team! I took a few photos of TIRTIR- Mood Glider Lip And Blush Stick (03 Tangerine Glow) at our office to give you a closer look.

I liked the clean, pretty packaging. It’s compact, too, so it looks easy to carry around.

The applicator tip is quite wide, which might make precise application on the lips a little tricky. It also made me think it could work well as a blush. I swatched shade 03 on my hand, and the color looked quite intense, so I’d start with a tiny amount if I tried it on my cheeks.

For a quick stain test, I left it on the back of my hand for 10 minutes, then wiped it off with a wet wipe. There was barely any stain left.

These are just my first impressions from a quick hand swatch. If you’ve tried it, let us know in the comments how it feels on the lips, how long it lasts, or what it’s like to reapply. We’d love to hear what worked for you and what didn’t!

K-BEAUTY TALK What Makes You Stop Using a Skincare Product?

What’s your skincare dealbreaker?

A moisturizer might feel great on its own but pill under makeup. Or you might like the formula but find the scent too strong.

What’s one thing that makes you stop reaching for a K-beauty skincare product?

Maybe it’s the texture, the finish, the packaging, or something else entirely. If a product comes to mind, tell us what you liked about it and what didn’t work for you.

K-BEAUTY TALK Glossy or Soft Matte? What’s Your Go-To K-Beauty Lip Tint?

There’s more to choosing a lip tint than the shade. The finish, how the color fades, and how often you want to touch up all matter, too.

Maybe you go for glossy lips every day, or you prefer a soft, blurred look. Or maybe you switch it up depending on the rest of your makeup.

Which finish do you reach for most?

If you have a favorite K-beauty tint, share the name and what you like about it!

AMUTY NEWS We’re AMUTY. Here’s how our $1 K-beauty trials work.

we’re the team behind AMUTY, an app that connects people with K-beauty brands through full-size product trials.

If you’ve wondered why we offer a full-size product for $1, here’s the idea: you get a chance to try a product in your everyday routine, and we ask for your time and honest feedback in return.

AMUTY helps K-beauty brands reach new markets. Hearing from people who actually use their products helps those brands understand different needs, preferences, and experiences.

For us, that starts with a familiar question: Will this product work for me?

Even with great reviews, it can be hard to know whether something will suit your skin, feel comfortable throughout the day, or work with the products you already use. We want to give people time to explore those questions.

Here’s what participating in a $1 trial involves:

  • Pay $1 to join a product campaign.
  • Receive a full-size product with free shipping.
  • Try it over four weeks, uploading a photo each week to document your experience.
  • Share an honest review.

Once you complete your review, the $1 is returned as 1P in AMUTY app credit, which you can use toward purchases in the app.

We’re interested in the details: what you liked, what didn’t work for you, whether you kept reaching for it, and whether you’d choose it again.

On this account, we’ll share more about how AMUTY works and what we’re learning. We’ll also talk about choosing K-beauty products, building routines, and figuring out what’s worth using again.

If you have any questions about AMUTY or how to take part, feel free to ask in the comments.
