I like buying random CDs from second hand stores, stumbled across this about a year ago and have just got round to archiving it. Super cool alternative rock from Telford, England. Active from 1998 and released this in 2001, virtually no info on them online at all. FFO radiohead.

Hey everyone!

We’re Empty Palace, an alt-rock band based here in London.

We’ve been spending a lot of time tightening up our sound lately — blending heavy driving guitars with atmospheric, moodier soundscapes and high-energy moments.

We're playing our next live set on Friday, November 6th at The Troubadour (265 Old Brompton Rd, Earl's Court). It’s an iconic venue with so much history, and we’re really excited to take the stage there.

If you’re looking to discover new local bands or just want a cool live music spot to grab a drink on a Friday night, we’d genuinely love to see you there!

Hey guys, please take a listen to my new album and leave some feedback! Hope you like it )

Album out 11/7

I recently bought this demo cassette by Pet Ambulance, a Slovenian underground band from Velenje, and I’m trying to find out more about them.
According to the seller, only around 50 copies were made. From what I’ve found so far, the band originally formed as Blind Gut in 1991, played a mix of metal, hardcore and psychedelic rock, and were active until around 1996.
They were even mentioned in Slovenian newspaper archives for playing gigs in the ’90s, which is pretty cool for such an obscure band.
Does anyone here remember Pet Ambulance, know any of the members, or have recordings of their music? I’d love to find out what songs are on this tape and hopefully digitize it to preserve the recording.
It’s crazy to think that a little cassette like this might be one of the few surviving copies of a forgotten underground band’s demo.
Any information would be appreciated!
