The actress for Ryan who is interviewed by Wendy and Taylor is awful. Dropping all those pop culture millennial one liners was cringe

We knew that Wendy and the painter were going to get together but the build up and development was pretty much non existent. They pretty much flip a switch and all of a sudden they’re flirtatious.

Then of course they chuck and Wendy both bring their new flings to the hospital. Lol of course.

Then Sacker and The brother out of nowhere. She’s rejecting his advances in one scene and then next they’re hooking up. These writers are horrible.

Ugh. Wendy and the artist is so cliche. She psychoanalyses the artist but his unique and introspective take on the world opens up a new world for her. It’s like a fucking hallmark movie...it’s a shame it doesn’t take place during Christmas.

Connerty punching Chuck though? :chefs kiss:

I don't think the producers understand that you can have multiple strategies within a firm

Changing firm name to Mason Capital Carbon, not even a year after being re-acquired by Axe Cap, with less than 2 years of actual performance would make real investors bail so fast from the instability

Anyone else think Kate's character isn't making sense? I'm not buying that she would go along with this burglary conspiracy just to help chuck go after axe when the seeming only reason to even go after him is personal vendetta.

Also I didn't think the new hire for the eco friendly firm was tracking. She said she made an algo, but then elaborated by talking about biodegradable feminine hygiene products or whatever, didn't really tie that back into algos or investing in any way.

I like the story of Axe and the kid though, and that ending went pretty hard.

I thought to myself when one of the first scenes is charles rhoades sr playing with his daughter was "crap, hes going to drop dead."

Then the oranges show up. "Yup, hes dead."

Then he collapses.

And now in the hospital.

I actually miss when they would show chuck working on other cases. I tired of him being obsessed with axe.

So, anyone else think Sacker's character was just completely ruined? She's always been a cut above the others, considering she never had to get dirty or corrupt in her plays. But she just so easily and willingly goes along with a robbery to help get Axe?
