Soda Spirit I should not have gotten drunk before the gym.

"Weird... in a good way. Like going to the gym drunk." -Jack Donaghy

That has to be one of my favorite Jack quotes along with "Well, it's business drunk, it's like rich drunk. Either way, it's legal to drive."

All the best ones are about being drunk. "Okay, in my defense, every April 22nd I honor Richard Nixon's death by getting drunk & making some unpopular decisions"

Not all of them! You're forgetting:
Liz: "Why are you wearing a tux?"
Jack: "It's after six. What am I, a farmer?"
Happens to be one of my favorites.

I just can't imagine why someone would spend time spoiling a TV show for people they'll never even see. I genuinely want to meet them irl.

Like most other forms of trolling, it's probably boredom and a splash of resentment.

Once or twice, sure. we all get frustrated sometimes. This happens regularly though. It's just systematic cuntishness.

Yeah, alcohol doesn't cause a sensation of muscular exhaustion like this woman seems to be demonstrating. It causes an absence of muscular sensation.
A drunk man is an inhumanly strong man (unaware of muscle strain), until he passes out or collapses.

Her seat is too high.
Sorry for the shitty quality from Gif. Exploder, but the red line should highlight the problem: http://i.imgur.com/il3EzkY.jpg
Her hips rise and fall with each pedal - This can create back problems when cycling and is something you want to avoid.
When you cycle, your hips should remain stable.

Precisely! Honestly though, most sailor's routine was to make sure the Master Chief or physical training petty officer sees you run one lap or so, then slyly duck out behind the training building. Then rush to your car and drive away fast. The typically weekly training would start with about 200 sailors and within the first 15 minutes would dwindle down to 30 or so. (At least in my two commands). It's all about that muster. Eventually, (in Hawaii) we convinced our LPO that swimming should qualify as an official exercise program, then on Fridays we'd just meet at the beach and go surfing. The only time anyone focused on actual cardio and endurance training started about two weeks before our annual psychical fitness examination that, if failed, had the potential to get you kicked out of the Navy, and ended the next day after the exam.
TL;DR Most sailors (2003-2008) dodged all forms of physical exercise.

Being drunk and going running is not the best idea.
I learnt that first hand the other night.
